Experiência fantástica: The best gym in town. Michele, the owner, is the best personal trainer I’ve ever worked with and he makes everybody happy and makes sure everyone is comfortable and motivated. I totally recommend being trained by him.

Experiência fantástica: I stayed at Cascade Wellness Resort and went to the gym hosted by AXN Wellness company. I did the Bootcamp and booked two sessions with Michele, the personal trainer. The gym itself is very clean has high-end equipment and machines and it also has an outdoor workout area. Regarding Corona it has all precautions in place and you can use it carefree. I can really recommend this gym for all skill levels. The bootcamp is a great start into the day and Michele will help you put together your personal workout program. Go for it!

Experiência fantástica: I signed up for a 7-day fitness training program at the Cascade resort and I have to say the experience largely exceeded my expectations. The AXN team was by far the very best part of my trip. They fully personalised my training plan based on my needs and goals and the coach and owner Michele really cared about getting the best out of me in his program. Not to mention that everyone in the staff is so friendly and helpful. Spending time with them was a delight. Not only did I massively improve my fitness but I also got to visit great places around Lagos - and most importantly: got to know great people. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Experiência fantástica: The most Luxurious and beautiful GYM you can get in Lagos, Very calm and relaxing space and very professional staff. All the area around the GYM is just stunning and very peaceful. Defensively a recommendable GYM In Lagos.

Experiência positiva: Bra gym, mycket trevlig och kunnig personal. Passen jag tränar (yoga, pilates och funktionsträning för golf) är mycket bra.
