Fantastic variety of exercise equipment from high quality dumbbells to unique cable and plate loaded machines and every resistance band you could ever need. An environment for serious training to get serious results. The owner's knowledge on training protocols, nutrition and biomechanics is second to none. Whether you want to trim down or gain some head turning muscle this is the place to do it. Highly recommend!

Experiência fantástica: Being from Lisbon and having already attended several gymnasiums, as soon as I did a little research regarding the offer in the Lagos area this one immediately called to my attention. After arriving at the place I was well received and all my doubts were heard. The gym has very good machines and apparently nothing is missing. I was surprised by how many machines I had never seen in my life. The atmosphere is cozy and the old school style is flashy (at least for me). I am going to do a season in the Algarve and I will continue to attend this establishment. Highly recommend. Living in Lisbon and after going to several gyms around Lisbon I can tell you I'm impressed positively. The prices are fair, the ambience is great and the machines are even better. If you like to push your limits, this is the right place for you. I bet you'll be surprised by the amount of machines you've never seen before. Do not think twice, just go and get some gains !
