Experiência fantástica: It's been 5 months since I joined and haven't looked back. The box is huge, it has all the equipment you need and a reserved space to do your own workouts if you choose to do so. The coaches are awesome and knowledgeable, programming is really good and varied and you got plenty of classes to choose from. There are always scaling options so doesn't matter the level you are, you're always welcome!

Experiência fantástica: Trained in this box for 4 months and could not recommend it more! I was a total beginner and found a great community, with amazing coaches who welcome everyone from all levels of Crossfit. The facilities are top notch as well. It's amazing the evolution one can have after having the right support and guidance.

Experiência fantástica: CrossFit very good gym. Already one of the oldest gyms in Lisbon, through Alvalade crossfit, and already have experience in training. Skilled coaches and well-prepared and careful lesson planning. There is also a lot of material available and varied. The classroom environment varies at different times, but as a rule there is always a good group spirit. The facilities are good. Spas maybe small for rush hour.

Experiência fantástica: Very spacious box with good new material and nice atmosphere. It has confortable changing rooms with showers. Prices are EU Crossfit standard. I went for a drop-in session, so I cannot judge the quality of its coaches.
