Experiência fantástica: I came to spend a stay in Lisbon and it was inconceivable for me not to train. Being registered in an FP in France, I took the opportunity to make a comparison. I went there once at the opening and once in the evening. The employees are absolutely lovely (at least, the ones I've dealt with). Regarding the material, it is in perfect condition. The room is certainly small, but there is everything you need! It is a clean and well maintained room. I also wanted to especially thank the coach, who at 6 a.m. brought me a cup so that I could drink from the fountain.

Kudos to the Owner/Manager Filipa for running such a class establishment. You will find two squat racks, full suite of modern equipment for every muscle , excellent stationary bikes, fight area and a great selection of hydration & sport nutrition options
