Crossfit is for everyone and here with super support and super accessible people you will be able to achieve your goals, just take the step forward. The only affiliated (official) Crossfit box in Torres Vedras. I strongly advise and look no further. Coach Edgar and coach Carmo are super accessible people with a lot of knowledge in the sport and who put any rested person in good hands.
