Amazing stay, we paid all inclusive and meals were lovely and a large variety of drinks were all inclusive, including a cocktail of the day. Staff were nice enough to do cocktails from previous days if you knew what they were. Cigarette machine in reception and only a 5 minute walk from the coast line. Amazing green open spaces on resort with a boat that takes you down to the beach across the water between the seperation in land. The path to the boat was unfortunately underwater on our way back to the resort so we had to walk through it to get onto the boat but an amazing place for a long walk in the morning with beautiful coloured shells scattered across the shore.

Staying at the Golden Club Cabanas was a delight. We had an amazing room which was very spacious and clean, the staff was super-friendly, the swimming pools were wonderful and also the entertainment in the evening was fun. I experienced a concert, a magic show and more. The photos and videos on the internet really don't do the place justice to be honest. I was amazed by how great this place is.

Very good welcome from the Hotel's employees. Despite several request of update booking, the hotel was always kind to find the best solution. Lovely place. Great beach. Great Value.

A melhorar: renovação / modernização dos acabamentos dos estúdios (WC renovar, apesar de serem funcionais) Piscinas para todos os gostos. E uma praia a 20 minutos com acesso gratuito por barco.. Nota: proteção e higiene permanente.

É um espaço agradável que já tem alguns anos. Tudo muito limpo. Os espaços exteriores bem tratados (jardins) e higienizados, incluindo a zona da piscina. Senti-me muito segura. O pessoal da receção muito acessível e simpático fomos muito bem tratados pela funcionária da receção D. Ana. Decoração simples. Ter em atenção que devem levar detergente da louça e esfregão, não é disponibilizado e não há qualquer aviso. Não existe nos quartos ou no corredor separador de lixo plástico e vidro. O estacionamento é público. A praia ainda não tinha a areia limpa nem nadador salvador. Estivemos no local na primeira semana de Junho 2021. A repetir.

Ficamos satisfeitos com a estadia no Golden Club Cabanas. Estavamos hospedados no edifício E, no terceiro andar. Ressalto as perfeitas condições das instalações, óptimas piscinas (um pouco de sujidade), profissionalismo no atendimento dos profissionais, pequeno almoço, almoço e jantar sempre variados e com óptimos aspectos e sabor. Porém tivemos dois incovenientes e que deixou uma marca negativa e que causou alguns contrangimentos. Nos dois ultimos dias da nossa hospedagem estava a decorrer uma obra ao lado do nosso apartamento, ao qual tivemos o inconveniente de não conseguir descansar no periodo da tarde, ao ponto de tanto barulho, a situação foi resolvida provisoriamente, e o outro ponto negativo foram os colchões que eram de molas e que não havia nenhum conforto para dormir, principalmente para quem possui problemas de hérnias de disco. Esperamos que possamos retornar ao Resort, mas que essas situações não voltem a ocorrer e que possamos ser retribuidos de alguma forma.

Apartamento (t1) com boas dimensões e condições com um quarto com wc no piso superior e cozinha (toda equipada), wc e sala com sofá-cama no piso inferior(pequeno terraço em ambos os pisos com excelente vista sobre a piscina e a ria formosa). Piscinas excelentes para famílias com crianças de todas as idades. Tem complexo com piscina coberta e spa (neste momento apenas é possível usar a piscina) que pode ser reservada para uso exclusivo (45 mim). O staff é bastante simpático e prestável. A comida no buffet é simples e poderia ter mais escolha. Oferece serviço gratuito de transporte para a praia da ilha de cabanas (5 em 5 mim)

Resort de renome na região de Tavira. Um dos mais antigos e mais duradouros. Vale a pena, sem duvida. É importante referir a antiguidade do local porque, como podem calcular, os quartos estão longe de serem os quartos de luxo que poderemos encontrar noutros sítios do Algarve. Mas tirando isso (que nem se quer é um defeito, é o que é) tudo o resto foi óptimo. Uma palavra de agradecimento ao staff, todo, que em qualquer lugar do resort foi sempre incansável, prestável e ultra simpático e atencioso. Quer nas piscinas, nos bares, no restaurante ou recepção. 5 estrelas para o staff. Fomos com tudo incluído e é aqui, no "tudo incluído" que as estrelas não vão ao máximo. O "tudo incluído" tem horários rígidos, e com uma bebé, que tem por vezes fome fora desses horário, não compensa a diferença de preço. Quando quisemos lanchar, não pudemos porque já não estávamos no horário, e perto da hora do almoço o bar da piscina fecha. Pena. Não é uma tragédia. Não é um defeito gigante. Outra vez, são regras do resort e é como é. Talvez tivesse sido bom um aviso para esta situação para que nos pudéssemos precaver, mas não seria por essa situação que não voltaríamos. No geral, estamos muito satisfeitos e passámos um excelente fim de semana.

Lovely aparthotel with pools for all ages ability and mood. The views across the river were breathtaking. Service was great with staff being very accommodating to ensure our stay was great.

This was a first-time visit to Portugal and staying here made it all the better, beautiful room with all the facilities available on site, two outdoor pools with no hassle sun lounger availability, couple of bars with great staff, full entertainment program throughout the day and the restaurant offered nothing but a great selection of freshly prepared high quality food.

Vibrant relaxing place with good entertainment and food and drinks the Chapito group were the best.

I'm here a few days now with my husband. And it's really amazing. Beautifull resort and very beautifull nature around us. Lovely food and nice and kindfull staff. Beautiful location, rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were nice and helpful. Food was nice if you aren’t to fussy, plenty of choice. Wine and beer are both pleasant and very drinkable. The pool is amazing and really isn’t represented on all the photos I have seen! Beach is incredible beautiful bay. Would recommend this to anyone.

Hotel and facilities are absolutely marvelous. Staff is going extra mile to make you feel comfortable. We have been there for 4 days in first week of January with our two small girls 2 and 3 , yet staff at the hotel opened up the crèche and playground facilities for our two little sunshines. Rooms are bit dated, however all is being kept very clean and up to high standard. Only con is the heating, as we were there in January, first night was very cold, bit we kept the heating on 24/7 durring our stay and second night was already much more comfortable. Food in the restaurant bis very good, great selection and all very fresh. However these guys are time firm, so don't leave your lunch until very last minute.

Coming october 15 hope the weather good were in studio toom 2 adults 1 child are they nice and does it have lift i forgot to tell them i cant do stairs

Being mine and my partner first ever all inclusive we can't fault it. After reading some of the bad reviews I won't lie, we were a bit worried as we wanted our first experience all inclusive to be something nice. And it was, the complex was clean and the facilities were more than adequate. The room was big and bright, with the added bonus of having the smallest yet perfect enough kitchen with the necessary equipment if you wish to make a meal or just have a tea/coffee. The staff were friendly from arrival to departure. The outside swimming pool was delightful with lovely music. Even tho it's April the weather was amazing and we used the outdoors swimming pool almost every day. We also took advantage of their own private and beautiful beach with the free 90seconds boat transfer provided by the resort. That was just lush. The food was amazing. Being Portuguese myself and knowing the country dishes we could tell the food was definitely made with a special touch. We were here for a week and every single day of the week there was a dish of meat and a dish of local fish and plenty, I mean plenty of different sides to choose from. For us the only down side of the food was the desserts. We found the puddings were very watery and a bit tasteless. Didn't match the quality of the mains. Seemed like if the package would say 1litre of water they would definitely add 2 instead. Apart of that, we really enjoyed our stay and perhaps be back one day. We definitely recommend it. Of course this is if you are aware of the Portuguese cuisine. Because I did laugh a few times with some spoiled young kids (12-16yr) complaining the food wasnt good. They seemed to appreciate more a sandwich of fries with ketchup (probably all they know) then a freshly cooked meal with local produce. Well done guys!!!!

Great place to spend your vacation! Great rooms, prices, location, food (the food in the hotel is something else, I tell you), beach. You have to take a small boat to cross the river, which is fast and almost always fun.. I highly recommend that you go at least with full pensions because the food is definitely worth it, and the drink Overall that's it, a great place!

Place was very nice we enjoyed our magnificent view appartment. Facility was good as well as hospitality.

Accomodation a bit tired in places but very clean, staff friendliness more than made up for it. The Chapitô team were amazing and provided great entertainment. Thank you for your hospitality!
