Even though yoga is about conscious movement and breath - when it comes to her classes I would say don’t walk but run and enjoy!!

Experiência fantástica: I recently had the pleasure of joining the yoga sessions of Maria, and it was an incredible experience! Practicing yoga surrounded by nature added a whole new level of relaxation and rejuvenation. The peaceful outdoor setting, with the sounds of birds and the rustle of trees, made each session feel truly special. Maria was fantastic—very knowledgeable and made sure everyone, from beginners to more experienced practitioners, felt comfortable and supported. The sessions were a perfect blend of stretching, mindfulness, and gentle strength-building exercises, leaving me feeling both relaxed and energized. I highly recommend these yoga sessions. It’s a wonderful way to start the day and connect with the beautiful surroundings while taking care of your body and mind.

I found her aerial class to be a good balance of warm up, strength, relaxation, and challenging poses with modifications that could be tailored to a beginner or someone who is more experienced with aerial yoga. The setting is also lovely.
