Experiência fantástica: We were headed to the buses to go for a day of touring the castles of Sintra. Happened upon this place unexpectantly and decided to grab a bite. Absolutely delicious quiches’s, we had one vegetarian and one vegan option. One was gluten free but I can’t remember which. 100% would come back and recommend.

Experiência fantástica: Delicious grain free quiche and a very fresh burger with a generous helping of salad. The food felt fresh, vegetarian, and high energy in a touristy Sintra. We finished it off with a lovely Match latte and green tea. Definitely recommend for fellow vegans and vegetarians alike. Sintra's got a beautiful option for us here.

Experiência positiva: Two good vegan options for lunch, but you have to ask as they are not on the menu. Tried the vegan spinach quiche and the mushroom & vegan cheese toast. Both excellent. They also had some dessert options. Located close to the train station, lunch only.

Experiência fantástica: Lo he encontrado de casualidad buscando algo vegano que comer. He pedido la burger casera de quinoa con espinacas y garbanzos y muy muy rica. De postre brownie vegano, muy bueno también. Las chicas son muy majas y está bien ubicado justo detrás de la estación.

Experiência positiva: Cute and quaint vegan cafe and shop located in Sintra, Portugal Food*** We ordered the vegan burger and it was definitely one of the more interesting we’ve tasted. Planted on a bed of delicious cabbage this burger was very good but not the best in terms of flavor profile and taste. The cabbage is what saved this dish because it was the most delicious cabbage I’ve ever had. There were not many vegan options on the menu but there was enough for us to order a meal. They had several vegan desserts but we didn’t have room for those! They looked scrumptious though! Atmosphere*** The Café was very cute but they do not have a lot of seating this would not be good for a larger party. It’s possible we didn’t see the other seating area so I will still give this three stars since our experience was pleasurable. Parking offsite but streets are narrow as of most of Sintra. Service**** The waitress was very nice and accommodating to all our needs. Price$$ Under 15usd and definitely worth a try!

For a « vegan » place quite a lot of stuff not suitable for vegans, but we didn’t expect to find anything like this in Sintra, so it was a very pleasant experience, wish they will prosper

If you want to eat healthy, clean food this place is a great choice, whether you are vegan, gluten-free or have other restrictions. I had several meals here and all were very good, soup, buckwheat crepes, salad, grainless muffins. Also good coffee and truffles.

Experiência fantástica: the food is healthy, vegan and tastes amazing!! what more could you ask for!! the staff is very pleasant and friendly, the food is freshly prepared, though we had to wait a bit for our food as the place was quite busy (understandably so!) i recommend the apple-orange-avocado smoothie it's incredible!! also very affordable unlike most bio/vegan food!!! i left there feeling very satisfied and healthy!!! changed my opinion of portugal as a meat-only serving country! thank god!

Experiência fantástica: Amazingly fresh. The food and the tranquil vibe. My broccoli soup was light, tasty, with a surprising addition of poppy seeds. Delicious! And then the salad..wow. So simple yet so good. Fresh, crunchy, juicy, perfect. I had a small savory snack too. Yummy. Thank you so much for this refreshing and soothing experience. Much success to this important project! <3 Oh, and the prices are great too!

Experiência fantástica: Estive três vezes nesse espaço; a primeira para um suco, a segunda para uma aula de yoga e a terceira para fazer massagem e almoçar, e em todas as vezes não poderia ter tido uma experiência melhor! A professora de yoga e massagista é muito experiente e atenciosa, e a comida deliciosa!! Indico para quem está de passagem por Sintra e para residentes. Se eu morasse aqui, certamente seria aluna e uma cliente regular!

Experiência fantástica: Juste ... trop bon ! Pour un prix plus que correct, nous avons eu une soupe délicieux en entrée, un pavé type burger végétarien avec une bonne salade en plat, une bonne boisson et un thé. Et tout ça végétalien! On recommande !

Experiência positiva: O espaço é agradável para quem gosta de espaços calmos. Pedi um cacau quente, que não me agradou nada. Fiquei logo triste ao olhar para ele e ver mais leite do que cacau. E eu para mim: What the...? Provei... sabia demasiado a leite! Quando fiz esta referência à empregada (que era simpática) achei que se ia oferecer para pôr mais cacau. Mas adivinhem...? Não o fez! e para piorar, aquela coisa custou "uns modestos 4.35 euros" . O que dizer a isto? Se gostarem muito de leite, força experimentem. Se gostarem de um BOM cacau, esqueçam.

Experiência negativa: I was very excited to try Ekvilibro at first, but ended up completely DISSAPOINTED!!! The prices are beyond ridiculous with such small portions, its a shame! i have visited various healthily/Gluten free restaurants and understand that ingredients are more expensive, but this was by far the most expensive with the smallest portions! They have changed the menu and put the prices even higher than before. I understand that restaurants are all suffering during COVID, however, we cant be held responsible for it by paying double what other restaurants are offering! The vibe is very similar to eating in a super market/library, I would really not return or recommend this place.

Experiência negativa: The atmosphere wasn't really nice in the Café (only plastic furniture and decoration). The food is very overpriced for what you get. We ordered a "pizza" (around 7€) which was actually just a couple of grams of mashed quinoa soaked in olive oil and arugula on top. Left the place hungrier than before and had to get more food elsewhere.

Experiência negativa: Small portions without flavour, nothing special really. The vegetable burger was quite soggy too. Took a menu and would’ve had to pay an extra price to get some milk to my coffee.

Experiência negativa: Contrary to other reviews, there are NOT truly gluten free food options here. Like much of the small towns I’ve encountered somehow gluten free is synonymous with vegetarian. The menu even includes a disclaimer that the food is not prepared in a way safe for celiacs. They do however sell some certified products (some pasta from Italy, cookies, cereals and flour mixes). The “gf” bread for toast, which was the only “gf” item other than salad, was awful. And without safe cooking environments, I wouldn’t eat it myself with no guarantees and a taste like this. Perhaps for someone choosing to eat gf, it comes with the territory, but as a real celiac I refuse to subject myself to grit that doesn’t taste good. Perhaps their options are amount the healthiest, but not for celiacs. Sintra and it’s reviews has become synonymous in my mind with inaccurate reviews. This place was an example.

Experiência negativa: Utter disappointment. We hoped for a nourishing vegan meal to celebrate a day of sightseeing, and we were presented with microwaved frozen mixed vegetables. The “pizza”: a piz’a toast would have been more substantial. No flavour, no ambience, terrible value. We are going straight to a buffet.

Experiência negativa: Num menu fogo de 10€ serviram-me um hamgurguer de grão ESTRAGADO! Apenas comi uma salada, onde é só alface, e uma sopa. No final entreguei o hamburguer à funcionaria para a mesma cheirar o hamburguer, e ainda me diz que o cheiro é o normal do hamburguer! Onde é que um cheiro a podre é um cheiro de um hamburguer saudável? Se calhar o normal é servir hambúrgueres estragados. Sequer tiveram açguma atenção, sequer pediram desculpa pelo sucedido, ou sequer tiveram alguma atenção no preço, uma vez que ficou inteiro o hamburguer estragado, apenas comida a mini salada de alface e sopa. Para não falar sequer da.arrongante que lá anda nos treinos personalizados que entra e sai da sala sem boa tarde ou bom dia aos clientes, se é suposto ser um local zen e saudável, é tudo menos isso. Simpatia de funcionaros é zero e menus de comida estragada por 10€.

Experiência negativa: We came here hoping to grab a healthy snack before exploring the Castles. We were extremely dissapointed as the food was bland, reheated in a microwave and our veggies were a mushy mess that tasted as though they came from a freezer bagnd drizzled with a brown goop. Our vegetable soup, tasted like salt and was an unrecognizable orange gritty vegetable that we managed to choke down. The whole meal reminded us of a dish that would be served in a hospital cafeteria. Except worse, even a hospital cafeteria gives you a pudding to wash it all down with. Overpriced for the below average quality of food, and over all experience. A total disaster!!!
