Experiência fantástica: Awesome little gym in Chiado, not far from the metro station. Not huge but well set out and has all the equipment you need. Welcoming staff, complimentary towels and showers/locker room. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a gym in Lisbon while visiting.

Experiência fantástica: Great little studio. Was in Lisbon for two days and this studio was perfect. Well equipped, DB’s up to 40kg, good rig, pulldown combo and a curved runner. Close to the Bario alto. Highly recommend.

Experiência positiva: Perfect gym for visiting Lisbon, it has all the equipment you need for session and really friendly staff. Beautiful bathrooms with towels provided. I will be returning when I come back to Lisbon again!

Experiência positiva: It's clean and has a good vibe. They also have some unique trainingsequipment you usually only see on Tik Tok. But unfortunatly It's very small and I for example had to wait over 30 Minutes just to use the bench. Also a lot of Equipment could barley reach weights that I would consider heavy. But all and all...for the purpose of having a gym to go to during vacation...it was fine.

Experiência fantástica: Excellent small gym, perfect for travelers. It was €20 for a day pass. And the gym is mostly used by personal trainers and their clients, so the equipment I wanted to use was always available (squat rack, bench press, etc).
