Experiência positiva: De excelente já só tem a localização... Infelizmente. A climatização é PÉSSIMA! E não é um problema de agora. É de sempre e não há qualquer interesse em melhorar, apesar das reclamações . Em dias de Verão, é muito difícil treinar com o calor. Nem é saudável! Não se vê investimento algum!! É uma pena! Já para não falar no espaço... Cheio que nem um ovo, com máquinas quase coladas umas às outra e já a precisarem de reforma. Ponham os olhos noutros ginásios! Vão a feiras! Ou melhor... Vão ao Blackout Gym e inspirem-se! Pena ser no Seixal! Para quem gosta de organizar o seu treino sem recorrer só as máquinas, é difícil arranjar espaço. Enfim!... Pouco empreendedores e pouco interesse pelos clientes e socios....

Experiência fantástica: Good gym, good facilities and helpful staff

Experiência fantástica: Amazing gym for the area (the other one I found definitely didn't look as good). It's not Equinox level, nor does it have every machine you're looking for but the place is clean and has good service. They loan you a towel and key for a locker with a day pass. Plus, it wasn't packed. But note that they do their classes in the middle of the gym, so there's music blasting. Depending on your perspective, it's either inspiring or annoying (I alternated between the two). But the woman who runs the classes has a ton of energy and even motivated me a bit during my workout.

Experiência fantástica: Easily the most beautiful gym space I’ve ever been to. Bright, spacious, super clean, all the equipment one needs, and really friendly staff and trainers. Day and week passes give access to everything, including pool/sauna/steam room and drop-in classes. The space opens onto the port with beautiful views and even an outdoor workout space. Highly recommended. I paid €25 for my day pass, but after the experience, I felt it was worth it. A little confused how another reviewer says there’s nothing to drink: there is a full service cafe, vending machines, and water fountains.

Experiência fantástica: Nice location, river side and lot of space inside and outside to train. A coffee shop upstairs with plenty of seating (bring cash if you have an international card). Towels on entry + sauna too. A very unique space and selection of PTs to train with. This gym and training with Mauro (PT - a wonderful guy and great motivator) was the highlight of my stay in Lisbon

Experiência fantástica: Great gym! Clean and spacious. Machines are all new and good condition. Nice location backing out onto sea. Always one or two staff floating around that give advice and tips if you have any questions (in red tops). Paid 90€ for month incl. 20€ joining fee so assume its 70€ thereafter. Good selection of classes. Swimming pool not big enough to swim for training. Open until 5pm on Sundays. Says 3pm online.

I've tried a few other gyms in the city, but I feel I've found my (workout) home here! Much more of a community vibe than other gyms, everybody else interacts with you and helps you a lot as well!

Experiência fantástica: I joined the club for 2 weeks during my vacation in Lisboa. The staff was very nice and enough equipment for your daily workout routine. You can do workout both indoor and outdoor. The view from the gym was so amazing. Will come back again definitely.

No Verão é muito difícil treinar num espaço que quase parece uma sauna. Há que investir num sistema de ar condicionado. As ventoinhas não bastam e por vezes nem todas estão ligadas ou a funcionar. Melhorando este ponto, tem tudo para ser um ginásio 5 estrelas, mas assim só posso dar 3.

Experiência fantástica: Best gym in Lisbon. Very nice staff, from the receptionists to the lords of cleaning. Good classroom teachers, several dynamic classes. The exercise machines are good. The food at the bar is good and cheap. Whenever we are in a party season, the entire gym gets into the spirit, from the workers to the physical space that is decorated. Family atmosphere
