I am often wary of classes being too intense with music or teachers talking too much but Isabel was really such an incredible teacher! Everything felt perfect. She made me feel really welcomed and she has a beautiful teaching style. It set the tone for a wonderful day. Thank you so much! ♥️

Experiência fantástica: Cozy, clean, well-equipped place in the center:) The room is in the building, 1st floor. Class experiences were so good, very therapeutic. The two teachers I had were very professional, detail-oriented, and empathetic!

Experiência fantástica: It is such a lovely place, quite little but you do not need more to do yoga. They have mats and all equipment needed so you just need to bring yourself. Also the atmosphere was nice and the yogi made jokes from time to time so it felt very relaxing.

Experiência fantástica: What a quiet and cozy space in the center of Lisbon. Feels fantastic from the first step inside. The studio is in a historical house with floor-to-ceiling windows and a wooden floor. As a yoga teacher, I really like this little space. It truly feels unique, clean, and bright. I have been lucky to try Lucy's slow flow class. It was a wonderful experience. Also, I joined Katrin's Thai Yoga Massage introduction course and left with full baggage of knowledge.

Experiência fantástica: Sara is a sweetheart. I’ve been here a few times during my visits to Lisbon. There’s classes almost everyday (10€ drop in) throughout the day. The instructor, Sara, is kind and the space is inviting and calming and perfect for smaller groups. She has the best calm, guiding voice. And it all in English! I felt so rejuvenated and relaxed and would totally recommend it!

Experiência fantástica: Attended the “Deep rest workshop” yesterday with Martina and Lucy, and what a treat! The studio space is cute and cosy right in the central of downtown Lisbon but not too loud. The workshop was deliciously nourishing and relaxing, just what I needed after juggling traveling, working and kids non-stop now for 2.5 months. The only suggestion I have is to cap the workshop to 8 people rather than 10. We had a couple of people did not attend which meant we could spread out more. I wouldnt have enjoyed the workshop as much if I was squeezed between other people as the studio space is pretty small. Obrigada for creating this space

Experiência fantástica: I’m so glad I have found this place! It was one of my first contacts with yoga and I loved, the teacher listen to you and do go over your boundaries, and she’s always very careful and helping you to correct the movements. The place is so cozy and relaxing. I’m definitely coming back!

Experiência fantástica: No matter if beginner or Yogi, this nice and cozy place is for all Yoga and Pilates fans the place to go in Lisbon. The teachers are all qualified with a long time experience. I can recommend it because I was going there for the last past months every day. The people are charming and lovely, so please go and have a try on your own and you'll see what I mean.

Experiência fantástica: I looved this place, and the yoga class I took there. First it's extremely well located and easy to access, a 5 min walk from Baixa-Chiado Metro stop. Second the room is airy and bright, with all the necessary equipment. And most importantly, the class I took was great, engaging and deep, with a lovely and welcoming teacher (Martina) who definitely knew what she was doing, and really took time to make sure everyone was doing fine. I really loved it, and find that 10€ a class is a fair price. Good luck the Little Yoga Space !

Experiência fantástica: Amazing yoga studio with two bright and cozy training spaces. The studio is very good equipped, you can find any type of props you might need during the class. The location is also very convenient. All teachers are professionals with extensive experience. They do take care about their students as much as possible and are always willing to help you. From my side I can recommend Johana and Deepa. Besides being an amazing coaches they are also very interesting personalitirs and nice in communication. I came to the studio as a absolut begginer and was practicing yoga for three months during my Erasmus. Classes have always been diverse, interesting and very productive. I have learned a lot and now I am able to do simple practices on my own at home during the quarantine. If you were looking for a studio to start this would be a perfect choice.

Experiência fantástica: Participated in the level 1 foundation course Thai Yoga Massage. Very inspiring course and great teacher. The programme is very balanced and there is enough opportunity to practise, so integration in your system happens gradually and almost without noticing. Booked level 2 the day after finishing level 1.

Experiência positiva: A double feeling about this yogaschool. There was one teacher that I liked from the 3 different teachers I had. A bit off a lack in fluidity. But my biggest problem was the temperature (way too cold), the bad yogamats and the lack of meditation cushions. I could live with these facts, but then I find €10 for one hour too high of a price.

Experiência fantástica: Beautiful space and great teachers! Went to a couple of classes here (taught in English) while in town on holiday. Both the vinyasa flow and restorative classes were excellent.

Experiência fantástica: Sweet little space offering led vinyasa in English among other yogs and pilates classes. They have mats, blocks, blankets, delicious smelling lavender eye pillows and more. A lovely spot to get some yoga in while travelling and connect with a kind community.

Experiência fantástica: The environment was very spacious, all the materials were hygienic, I thank my yoga teacher very much, I was a part of a unique yoga experience in Lisbon.

Experiência fantástica: I attended the afternoon yoga retreat with Hayley, Johanna and Katrin yesterday in Sintra. The setting was STUNNING and the experience was so relaxing and inspirational. We were guided through 3 segments with professional and kind teachings. It was a wonderful afternoon, looking forward to the next one!!

Experiência negativa: I paid for the class and wasn't able to locate the adress. when I requested the class that I paid for with the same teacher they strictly disregarded the situation. What a pity to opearte yoga studio where you can't even meet simple diplomacy laws.

Experiência negativa: My experience was not great as many classes are female focused and explicitly forbid men from attending. Not very useful if you pay a subscription and hope to practice several times a week. I don't like being discriminated as a man. Men deserve to practice as much as women.
