Experiência fantástica: After a wonderful yoga & pilates retreat last week we want to give the biggest thanks to Brytta, who made our retreat in Lisbon a succes by being so professionel, helpful and just wonderful! We were responsible for a large group of people so it’s important to work with organized and reliable people and Brytta is just that and more, so we could relax and take care of our clients without having to worry about anything. Experiência fantástica: I traveled from the states to Lisbon and heard about The Yoga Hostel from a fellow traveler. The studio is magic! As you can see all of Lisbon from it and the way that Brytta teaches is truly inspiring. She loves her students and the practice, you can just tell by the love that goes into every detail of her class. I enjoyed her humor and sequencing as it pushed me to my edge with deep belly breaths and humble moments. If you haven’t already you must practice at The Yoga Hostel. You won’t regret it!

You can tell that she loves teaching and the way she cares for her students is genuine and real. I highly recommend her home studio especially the Candlelight Yoga class. The view was incredible! She has an exceptional ability to ensure you are levelling up to be your best as a teacher, whether that’s through question and answer sessions or her inclusive approach to taking a yoga class and attention to detail for all abilities.

She has a calming way about her and I just love the variety of classes she offers, from the traditional to the fun offerings like Taylor Swift yoga, all in a safe and inclusive space for all levels to practice yoga.

Experiência fantástica: The Yoga Hostel is a nourishing space for women and LGBTQ people to truly experience the practice of Yoga in a way that serves the body and builds community. I like that the Yoga and Business classes are run out of Brytta's home (with the best view in Lisbon) as it reminded me that both yoga and business can be accessible and available to anyone. All you need is a home. I also liked the little details Brytta provides such as poetry in Savasana and a cup of tea to keep the body warm after class. She asks for consent before providing hands-on assistance in her Yoga classes which made me feel safe and comfortable. All in all, practicing Yoga and learning about her business offerings was a nourishing experience. I'm excited to return!

Experiência fantástica: Today I finally got the chance to practice with Brytta as I heard of her classes from friends. The studio overlooks all of Lisbon and her class was accessible even for a beginner like me. I liked the essential oils, the hands on assists when we were resting at the end of class, and the overall joy Brytta provides in her teaching. I will definitely come back and recommend her classes to anyone.

Experiência fantástica: My partner and I practiced Yoga Taylors Version at The Yoga Hostel and it was awesome! I love that the studio offers a Taylor Swift themed class and we got to make friendship bracelets! My whole day was made! I’m coming back next month for the next class! Also the studio has a view of the whole city! It was so cool to see the bridge and castle while practicing!

She flawlessly communicated how I could use various props (blocks, pillows, blanket) which enabled me to further relax into the poses. The music was unique and I left feeling empowered and joyful. Experiência fantástica: Brytta has been around in the yoga community for a long time. She’s seen how terrible the industry can be and how incredibly beautiful it can be. I absolutely love her real life approach to the practice alongside her practicality when it comes to running a business. The combination are what sustain the authenticity of this work in a modern world overrun by social media and trends. Her classes are tactfully taught, sometimes easy, sometimes hard, but the pose is just the pose. Her approach gives space for you to decide what you want out of class, how you feel when you leave is up to you! Brytta truly is the best!

Experiência fantástica: Great flows and vibes! I took the NYE class: the city view is amazing as the studio has a great spot to check the fireworks. I felt welcomed and cozy during the whole practice. Brytta is very thoughtful and her class was spotless. I couldn’t recommend it enough!

Brytta is an excellent instructor who can has an excellent understanding of the human body and can lead an amazing class for a beginner or an advanced yogi. The view from the studio is amazing but you'll be gently guided inward by Brytta's voice...I had more ah-ha messages in this class than I had in months of practicing on my own. Brytta added hands on, oils and card pulling to the Sunday evening sunset class and it was a magical way to reset and begin the week. Can't wait to come back!
