Experiência fantástica: After 8 months of attending Crossfit Couto, which is an Affiliate Crossfit Box, I only have praise for the work that the managers and coaches, Andrés and Sara, develop. Given my poor physical condition, and some spinal problems, Crossfit has always been a modality that left me with some fear because of the intensity and characteristics of the training. However, and as I already mentioned, given the quality of the work developed by Andrés and Sara, and the familiar, safe and encouraging environment that we feel at Box, I have seen noticeable improvements in my physical condition, not only in terms of weight, but also strength, coordination and mobility. So, if you are curious to practice this sport or are looking for a new space to practice Crossfit, I am not afraid to recommend the Crossfit Couto Box!
