Experiência fantástica: I had a truly beautiful time at the yoga center, including participating in a MUSH event, a Vinyasa Flow yoga class that lasted for two wonderful hours and another event. It was, without a doubt, one of the best yoga classes I’ve ever attended. The session began with some Kundalini energy exercises to awaken and center us, followed by a beautifully paced Vinyasa flow and stretches that felt deeply invigorating. The class concluded with an amazing Shavasana session that left me feeling completely relaxed and renewed. The space itself is crafted with so much love and care—you feel an instant sense of peace and Zen as soon as you step inside. It's truly a sanctuary for the body, mind, and spirit. I am so grateful to Agni Chandra for leading such an incredible session, and I hope to return very soon for more. Thank you!

I did 3 classes and every time my experience was wholesome, the sessions are not rushed, there’s a good level of variety in terms of difficulty, and the space is so peaceful. The breadth and sincerity of what Agni and her partner-healer-guides offer makes Agni Way an almost mystical and definitely deeply authentic place to visit. Agni will make your yoga work challenging and profoundly rewarding but the starting point is the mind and the breathwork with the asanas a vehicle for that. The ritual was so healing, joyful and sacred, it was so beautiful to celebrate the full moon in nourishing sisterhood. The cacao was delicious and the steaming herb as well Monika has such a beautiful energy. Just love everything ❤️

I experienced a mindful 3 hour discovery for my body and soul which made me aware of sensations I felt only randomly until then. Monika, my guide in this journey, made everything flow with ease and acceptance. He is an awesome Massage therapist - he is so calm and in the Massage - it feels like he is meditating throughout the Massage, which took almost 2 hours - it was heaven. It leaves you fully relaxed and calm. I can highly recommend Ian if you are looking to fully relax.

Experiência fantástica: I went into all the classes that Agni offers in her beautiful studio in lagos. Each of them different and lovely! I really like her calm and soft voice in the tantric sessions. But also the Vinyasa or Ashtanga classes were great. My highlight was the tantric embodiment on saturday- very special and nothing to be scared of if you‘ve never been to anything like this. It was a mix of different spiritual practices like meditation techniques and was very grounding for me. Don‘t miss out when in lagos!

She introduced me to the Ashtanga primary sequence and I have been devoted ever since. I literally love being in her Shala. For me each breathwork session was a very powerful accelerator in recognising and realising the essence of my true self. I gifted my husband with the Tantric back massage and he said it was a life-changing, empowering and beautiful experience.

Experiência fantástica: I practiced Ashtanga at Agnis Studio for the last 8 months (in total several years of experience with about 5-10 different teachers) and only leave as I am leaving Lagos. I perceived Agni as a very gentle and calm teacher and you can feel that her style of teaching goes along with her personality. I think the space is great for beginners, as I saw some people that just started Ashtanga practice or just came for a trial. Agni always showed/ explained everything very passionate and patient, without losing the "more advanced" people out of her view. I experienced, that Agni knew where the "more advanced" students were and which adjustments they needed, physically or mentally, which I really appreciated. As we sometimes forget to slow down and listen to what we need and not what we want. Before the class starts, there are "consent"-cards available, with which can be shown if hands-on adjustment is wanted or not, which I never saw in a studio before, but is a great idea! The studio itself is probably for a max of 12-14 people. I am happy over the experience here in the last months, and only can recommend Agnis class. Thank you Agni!

Experiência fantástica: I was looking to find healing Tantra massage for some time and I asked Agni for Her Touch massage. We knew each other from her morning tantra breath works which I joined few times. I learned there to use my voice while breathing out and create sounds, and be free to let whatever is there out through sound of my voice and exhale. I am doing it every day on my own whenever I feel to and feels amazing. Prior massage she deeply listened to me and understood what I am going through and what I am looking for. I really appreciated that part and I felt to allow the Touch from her. That level of connection prior massage was really important for both. I was feeling energy blockages in my low and mid abdomen (1st, 2nd and 3rd Chakra) for years, a chronic stress and non flow of energy there. That made my every day felling uncomfortable and not relaxed at all in my low abdomen part. During Agni massage I was breathing with her Touches and fully allowed and trusted her to access the areas which I felt were needed to move energy up and unblock the blockages. I was extremely relaxed during and after massage. It is a ceremony worth doing once a month I would say for me. I felt many positive changes immediately after massage and days followed. My low belly feels more alive and I feel it better. Her feedback after massage was very meaningful to me. She explained what she felt and experienced during the Touch and I felt how intuitively she did her best to guide my energy and body for further healing. I was lucky to participate to many of the Mysore practices, where Agni’s presence felt like the one of a goddess… sometimes powerful and intense, in the skilled adjustment that helped my practice to go deeper, some other times almost imperceptible, subtle and volatile, allowing me to feel totally blissed out! I admire Agni’s devotion to her Dharma, her integrity and alignment to what she shares. I love also the home feeling of the studio… cozy! Every detail so full of care and love. I miss the time there but I will be back!

After joining Agnis classes in October my practice and my whole posture improved drastically. She has the most gentle and soft way to adjust and guide while pushing and challenging you at the same time. I mostly join the Ashtanga practice but highly recommend to try the Vinyasa and gentle wave practice as well. Experiência fantástica: I stayed at Agni's place for a week in the summer of 2020. It was an unforgettable experience. Agni and Paweł are incredible hosts - attentive, present, warm and open-minded. Their house is cosy and the garden makes a perfect spot for relaxation. Yoga and meditation classes were a perfect start of each day. The food Agni and Paweł cook is fresh, balanced, healthy and soooo delicious! Almost each day me and my friend could attend some additional activities like kirtan, walk at the beach at night, mindfulness class etc. Location of Agni's house is great for explorations of Lagos and Agni and Paweł were so kind and dropped us to few other beaches which were located further than the walking distance ♡ I have to mention the Agni Touch massage which was such an amazing experience for me. Agni's hands and energy are so beautiful, I felt loved, understood, taken care of and very feminine. Agni works with Green Tara energy and this massage started the process of magical changes in my life, guided by Green Tara! Agni, Paweł- thank you for your hospitality, for being yourself and for sharing your magic, I'll be back ♡♡♡

Experiência fantástica: Agni is a very special being. I got introduced to her Friday's Igniting Inner fire tantric sessions earlier this year. What a transformational experience! I went through the journey of embracing my devinde femininity, rising like a Phoenix from the ashes, meeting and seeing myself. What a powerful tool is breathing. Breathing is part of Agni's tantric sessions and also part of Agni's morning breathwork sessions. Learning how to breathe again and through the breath awakening energy flow, my body and my soul has been an important process in my healing journey. I've also done two different types of massage sessions with Agni and had a chance to attend her Friday's yoga class. Each session with Agni is unique and special and each is always transformative to me. I can not wait to be back to Portugal soon and rejoin transformational Igniting inner fire sessions. I also can not wait to see Agni face to face again. I love that we learn to empower our own selves during her sessions, we learn to just be, accept and awaken our innerselves.

The space she creates through her breathing meditations helped me to soften, let the heaviness flow again and drop into my heart. During her Yoga classes I felt like arriving at home inside my body. Agni provided us not only a home away from home, but a more than retreat experience. My wife and attended Agni Way for about 2 weeks where each of our teachers were fantastic in their own right, and the studio itself was exquisite. We visited Agni for 5 practices and we regretted we had a flight booked already, because we would love to stay longer. This is definitely a place of choice for Ashtanga practice! There is Mysore in the morning and there are easy classes in the afternoon too.

But my lovely wife did not give up on me and took me to classes of Agni - now at age of 60 I fell in love with this practice. Experiência fantástica: I experienced Agni's massage and it was so blisful. It's not just a massage but a ceremony that lets you connect with your inner self. Agni is very attentive and caring. During the massage I felt very safe and sure that whatever happens Agni is there for me. Afterwards I felt that my heart is open and full of love.
