Experiência fantástica: Easy accessible gym in the city center of Porto. Daypass costs around 9€ and is bookable via the Trainaway app. Bring your own towel and padlock as it's not allowed to bring bags into the training àrea. There are also abo possibilities for weeks/months! The gym itself is small but has all the basics that you need for a quick inbetween holiday workout!

Experiência fantástica: I don't recommend it to anyone who likes to work out, at the moment there is only one bench for 10 people wanting to use it, while there are 30 exercise machines. Weight training equipment is already few and there are 3 that need maintenance. The staff are attentive and help with what they can despite this. Edit: Fixed all the equipment being serviced and added one more weight bench, thanks!

Experiência fantástica: Recommendable. The gym is quite complete. My plan is € 16 per month. It is a basic plan, which only gives me access to this branch, which suits me, clearly there are other plans for people who need more options. It is in front of the Trindade metro and next to the Froitz supermarket, which is very convenient. The facilities are always neat and clean, I have to say that sometimes the clients are a bit messy with the dumbbells but it is a detail. It has live and virtual classrooms, a section for cardio machines, weights, kettlebells, TRX, etc. The dressing rooms are spacious and there is always availability. Although it fills up a bit after 6:00 p.m., it is something that can be missed. The personal trainer are truly professional and you can tell that they apply what they teach to your life. The application works very well, being able to reserve classes from it.

Experiência fantástica: This being my first gym, I think I'm very lucky to have the conditions I have for the quality provided and the price I pay. I schedule classes at lunchtime whenever I want and can and I was never prevented from entering even though it was already full, the PTs are friendly and very receptive to all customers. I have a very special admiration for Pilate's instructor Ana Rios, because she has an overflowing sympathy and an outstanding power of motivation. I notice that she always walks around the gym very attentive to details such as tidying up what clients leave untidy and out of place and she always gives exercise tips to all the guys who are training and who want to improve their performance. This is the difference between those who like what they do. I recommend the gym and give it 5*. The space is small, it's true, but very cozy....for the monthly fee, we can't ask for a TOP gym. Customers and PTS make a gym and there are customers and customers !!
