Experiência fantástica: A really friendly and clean resort. The staff are all fantastic and go out their way to ensure you are well looked after and enjoying your stay. All the food was really good too. Many thanks to Daniel, Beatrix and Joni for their friendliness and making the stay that extra bit special. Definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying here

Experiência fantástica: The hotel has very warm, friendly service and comfortable facilities. It surely met our expectation of five star hotel. The olive tree restaurant offers great attentive service and a variety of food. The waiters and waitresses are so friendly and warm. Indoor swimming pool very warm and clean. SPA center is serene and offers great anti stress massage The Hotel is located in a rural area in spread out layout. Grocery shopping minutes drive away. Staying in this hotel is perfect for families who want to stay comfortable and far away from anything In the middle of countryside

Experiência fantástica: If you're not looking for perfection for your holiday, then don't bother going to VDO - as you really won't like it! Yes, this resort is completely perfect - and I really truly mean that. There are not enough superlatives available to describe this resort. I simply don't know where to begin.... Resort quality - five star Rooms - five star Reception (area and staff) - five star Cleanliness - five star Staff - an almighty five star! Food - five star (and more!) Grounds - five star Location - it's SO quiet - five star Amenities (pool, gym, indoor pool, bar pool) - five star To say VDO is perfect is actually an understatement! Special thanks to all the staff (who are ALL amazing) - especially Ricardo, Daniel, Aleysia, Vanessa - literally everyone that works here are absolutely brilliant, and helped make my holiday. Don't even start me on the food - I was lucky enough to be on full board, but it was too much food, so could only manage lunch on just two of the seven days. The breakfast choice is fantastic, and no matter what time you get there it's all perfect and fresh. Evening meal in the outstanding restaurant was wonderful each and every evening. Oh, one little thing - it's handy to have a car if you do want to go out exploring. I didn't feel the need nor want too, but I did take a couple of taxis. One of the many many beauties of this resort is that it's in the middle of nowhere ( 10 minutes drive to Carvoeiro). Anyway, enjoy - there's nothing you won't love about this place!

Experiência fantástica: I cannot rate this gorgeous place enough, a hidden jewel!! Our luxury apartment with our little open garden was perfect for a wandering/crawling 11 month old grandson. In fact it is a perfect place for small children with a lovely toddler pool, so safe. Cleanliness and facilities in the apartment were 5 star, fabulous well equipped kitchen. All the staff were welcoming and friendly, would book again anytime. Gorgeous peaceful setting, such a relaxing, chilled place

Experiência fantástica: General - great place to spend your holiday, well situated close to many hot spots away from heavy tourism. There are better restaurants to enjoy dinner. Great for home cooks. Appartement - very spacious and highly equipped Kitchen - very suitable for home cooks Beds - slightly hard for those who prefer a soft bed Cleanliness - splendid, fully serviced and well cared for Swimming pool (outside) - great pool, also for the little ones Swimming pool (inside) - good dive, but high on chloride though, could use a renovation Spa - bubble bath and sauna are present and are ok, but also ready for renovation Facilities - there are a lot of facilities, tennis, football, basketball, several daily training programmes in inside sporting facility and much more. Highly appreciated. Restaurant - there are three places to eat, food experience at the bar was poor. In the restaurant ok, not special. Location - 10 mins from the beach, own car recommended, most of things you need are within 10 to 15 minutes.

Experiência fantástica: This is possibly the best place to stay in Carvoeiro, just so long as you have a car to get around. The serviced apartments are well equipped, in good condition and very comfortable. The restaurant serves good food, but at hotel prices. Indoor and outdoor pools are great, nice gym and spa is excellent. I have yet to find a real downside to this place

Experiência fantástica: My family had a wonderful and peaceful 5 nights staying at Vale D’oliveiras Resort in February. The lovely lady at reception noticed from my passport that it was my birthday soon and kindly upgraded us to the superior 2 bedroom apartment! On the day of my birthday, the reception brought us a bottle of champagne and a piece of cake with a card! What a surprise! Obrigada! We were really really pleased with the level of service, the spacious and well decorated interior and literally everything was faultless! The breakfast selection wasn’t massive, but enough for us to choose from and the mini egg tarts were just as delicious as you will find in Lisboa. I am going to make a video for this well deserved and wonderful resort and upload it on YouTube in due course. And I have already spreaded my recommendations to all my friends xx

Experiência positiva: Moradias muito agradáveis, confortáveis, bem equipadas e com a decoração muito bonita. O espaço exterior está muito bem cuidado e foi um excelente trabalho de paisagismo. A minha experiência neste espaço foi na passagem de ano. Gostámos muito da comida que foi seguida de DJ. O que correu menos bem foi a utilização das funcionalidades do centro de lazer. A piscina de água aquecida tinha o acesso condicionado por causa do COVID e já não haviam vagas. Ainda conseguimos marcar para o jacuzzi mas, quando chegou a hora, estava avariado.

Experiência fantástica: An excellent resort. 5* from start to finish. The villa was clean and excellently equipped (the decor a little dated but fine). Food and staff were excellent. The pool and facilities top class. The resort is a little out of town but in great location to explore the western Algarve. Taxis are excellent and Uber works. We will definitely be back

Experiência fantástica: In general it is a good place with great areas. It can be bad but also good that it is a bit isolated from other places since you can properly rest but also if you want to go anywhere you need to drive. Nice swimming pool for kids and adults, great areas around.

Experiência fantástica: Beautiful peaceful resort. Very clean, modern & spacious with everything included to feel like you're living home from home. Close enough to Ferragudo but remote enough to enjoy the surrounding countryside. Lovely pool & all the staff were very polite & helpful.

Experiência fantástica: Very nice hotel, friendly staff, good food in the Jasmin Bar. Lovely big rooms and bathrooms, very comfortable, lovely nature around. Free shuttle to Ferragudo or Carvoeiro. Driver of the shuttle is super nice and could not be more helpful.

Experiência fantástica: We came here for the first time and our honeymoon! We had a 2 bedroom apartment, it was huge and had everything you would need from home in it. We are very pleased with our accommodation. The grounds are stunning. Very quiet. Will definitely be back to stay again.

Experiência fantástica: Very relaxing quite, the food and staff were excellent, hotel very clean and maintained. Wifi would of been nice seeing that recption is weak in certain areas of the resort. Be prepared for a drive from the airport because its up in the hills.

Experiência fantástica: Excellent Service!! Nice and clean and Covid-19 proof. Which i discoverd this hotel sooner. Rooms are very spaceious and clean we had a junior suite which includes a kitchnette with a dishwasher and laundry machine !!!!! You can cook your own meals in the room. But the outsides restaurants are worth a try! Staff is very kind and helpfull.

Experiência fantástica: Any concerns we had quickly disappeared as soon as we walked in to reception. A very friendly welcome. We asked for an upgrade and they were happy to oblige. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Stunning outside space to relax. We used the pool and the gym every day. We took advantage of the shuttle service to visit nearby villages and sights. Our driver was great. We came for piece and quite and we got it. The restaurant was first class with an imaginative menu. Highly recommended. We will be back

As a resident I use it regularly and the current health club team is absolutely superb and have created a great atmosphere in which to get for and have fun while doing it (never thought I would say that!) The encouragement we all receive is so personal and friendly the majority of us are driven to try harder with pleasure.... Whether a holidaymaker, part- or full time resident.... Highly recommended

Experiência fantástica: Came for my 50th birthday with my husband. It did not disappoint we had a relaxing break from start to finish. We used the hotel shuttle bus to the local places .. ferragudo and carvoeiro, all I can say is stunning views good food/wine and well worth a visit the driver john even took us to watch the sunset which was an added bonus. The reception staff restaurant/bar staff and managers all approachable with genuine interest in meeting your needs and friendly into the bargain. The food in the restaurant is excellent with a new chef no complaints at all. Hotel is very Clean throughout and all the facilities are adequate with a good pool sauna and Jacuzzi. The temperature was in the 20s which is great for us in December !! having come from Scotland. Overall great memories of this beautiful place...highly recommended

Experiência fantástica: I stayed here with my fiance for my birthday weekend and we had a brilliant time.The staff were very friendly and helpful and they made my birthday very special. The resort was calm and clean, the facilities were very good and the food was very tasty (had breakfast lunch and dinner). We will be back!

Experiência fantástica: I went with my wife and 2-year-old daugther. It was our first experience in a spa resort with small kids. The Vale d'Oliveiras Quinta Resort & Spa is a beautiful hotel with a lot of green and peaceful (great for kids and people seaking some rest). The rooms are big (even the standard appartments). The main pool is really nice. There is an option for indoor pool for bad weather (like I did). You need to use caps (they sell it on the reception). Our daughter was too small for the kids club. It was not a great success. Most of the time, it was empty. They have concerts at night and some extra activities for kids. I really enjoyed my stay. The food was good (bar and restaurant) and the prices reasonables. You will need a car to get there and it is a good idea to keep it. Considering you are in Algarve and there are lots of nice beaches, you will need a car anyways. The staff was really nice and helpful. I enjoyed a back massage on the Spa and it was really worth it. The hotel will definatly be on my favorite list.

Experiência fantástica: Fantastic service. They catered for all our needs. We were on holiday for my girlfriend's birthday and got back one evening to find a cake and some bubbly in our room. They happily printed our boarding passes and allowed us to stay an hour after check out time. Our room was spotlessly clean.

Experiência fantástica: Fantastic location, 1hr from Faro. Facilties, staff, welcome was fantastic. Wi-Fi is free in all areas. A mix of townhouses, villas and hotel rooms. Access to indoor pool, sauna and gym is included. If you get the chance to stay you will not be disappointed. Thoroughly recommended.
