Experiência fantástica: Hi attended a retreat taught by Freddie in Madeira in June 24. Freddie is a gorgeous teacher. She was teaching us in English and was warm, authentic, and fun - and an excellent patient teacher. Her classes catered for all levels but still challenging for those that wanted it. I would definitely attend a future retreat with Freddie and am already considering India with her next year.

Experiência fantástica: Bilingual (PT/EN) yoga classes lead by Freddie are beautifully balanced, giving you space for slowing down your mind, reconnect to your body/mind, stretching your stiff body after a hike, but also energize you and give you a challenge. Freddie has individual approach, she gives you adjustments or help out if it's needed. She creates welcoming and homey atmosphere in her yoga sessions. Either you are a tourist just visiting Madeira for limited time or you are a local, I highly recommend her yoga classes.

Experiência fantástica: What you feel during Freddie’s classes is an omnipresent sense of calm. I tried taking up yoga a few times before, but it has never been easy for me to achieve any kind of regularity. Freddie has given me the confidence that regardless of my level, the class she teaches is for me (and all others there) and it will help me to improve. To the body, her flows have such a good pace and logic, you can’t even feel the time passing. What can I say, it simply feels very good. I’ve never looked forward to any classes more.

Experiência fantástica: I've done a lot of yoga, and Freddie's classes are some of the best I've ever been to! I love that she teaches mostly outdoors, which adds to the calm energy of her practice. She is very thorough, so you can go as a beginner or advanced yogi (lots of modifications given). The classes were a good challenge, and I loved that she taught in English and Portuguese, so I could understand, but also learn new words in Portuguese! I highly recommend Freddie's classes to anyone who is in Madeira. Thank you again, Freddie!

I really like Freddie's approach to yoga, in which yoga is not just a fitness exercise, but is nourishment for body and mind and soul - each session ends with meditation and mantras. Experiência fantástica: Freddie's one of the best yoga teachers I've met during my yoga journey! Her classes are amazing - in summer under blue sky with amazing Madeira views. The classes are dynamic, she takes care of everyone in the class. She pays attention to the students so that they do the yoga poses correctly and show different variations so it's great for every level. The classes are bilingual, sometimes even in 3 languages (English, Portuguese and Spanish)! I would recommend Freddies's classes to everyone - she makes you feel welcome and taken care of! Thank you Freddie for all of that!

Comecei há relativamente pouco tempo e senti-me logo super à vontade pois ela está atenta a todos, tem uma energia muito boa e as aulas nunca são iguais. Descobri uma pessoa incrível que dá muito de si nas práticas e que, apesar de findo o confinamento escolhe dar aulas no exterior, fomentando uma sinergia com a natureza e o meio que nos envolve. Experiência fantástica: Wir waren während unserer Workation regelmäßig bei Freddy. Die Stunden finden im wunderschönen Garten eines Hotels statt und waren jedes Mal sehr angenehm. Die Kommunikation mit Freddy ist auch super, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Klare Empfehlung! Man sollte wissen, dass die Klasse schon eher für Fortgeschrittene ist - absolute Anfänger können natürlich schon teilnehmen, sind aber vllt an manchen Stellen überfordert.
