Experiência fantástica: I was very happy to have found Chris for a couple of Pilates sessions during a short stay in Lisbon. I have been recovering from an herniated disc and I found Chris to be very knowledgeable about this condition and the sessions really helped. She is a great instructor and seems a lovely compassionate person, I felt very safe in her hands but I also felt she knew how to challenge me enough even during the two sessions to ensure I get the best out of it. I highly recommend her and I hope to come back in the future :)

Ela é uma professora excelente, extremamente paciente e sempre adapta as aulas às necessidades individuais de cada aluno, o que foi fundamental para mim nesse período tão delicado. O estúdio, localizado no Príncipe Real, tem um ambiente super acolhedor e o fato de ser apenas um aluno por aula faz toda a diferença, garantindo 100% de atenção e cuidado. Experiência fantástica: I just finished three months living in Lisbon, and was so lucky to have Chris as my pilates instructor during that time. My twice weekly visits to her studio were the highlight of my week. In 12 weeks I made such good progress. My body is much stronger, and more flexible. I've had many pilates instructors in my life - and Chris is the best. She is precise, ambitious, highly-skilled and focused. At the same time, she has an easy empathy, and a friendly, humorous teaching style. I will miss my Pilates lessons with Chris so much ! I hope to return soon. Experiência fantástica: I’ve spent a wonderful couple of months in Lisbon and one of the highlights has been my twice weekly Pilates sessions with Chris. I’ve made huge progress and always felt that Chris knew exactly what she was doing, even in the inevitable slightly uncomfortable moments that are inevitable when learning Pilates. I love using the reformer etc machines, because the stretches are so accurate and controlled - you can achieve so much more in a safe manner. Highly recommended !

Experiência fantástica: I worked with Chris consistently for about a month while living in Lisbon. She is amazing! Excellent understanding of the body and Pilates; she gives great instructions to make sure you are activating the right body parts and getting the most out of your movements. This was a great kick start to my renewed fitness journey and I am definitely stronger since working with her. I used to have chronic shoulder pain and have not experienced it at all since working with Chris! I'm sad I can't take her with me back to the US; I will definitely miss her and our sessions together!

Experiência fantástica: Trained with Chris for 2 months, twice a week, while I was in Lisbon. I really enjoyed my classes with her. I have been taking Pilates since I was young, but would also go years without practicing. So although I am familiar with pilates, I felt like an absolute beginner. Chris was very good at tailoring the program to the level I was at with various exercises. I also injured my toe for a few weeks outside of class. Chris adjusted the program in a way so that my toe could heal, but still allowed me to make progress despite my injury. Would definitely train with her again.

Experiência fantástica: I started at Chris’s studio due to an injury and the 121 attention suited me perfectly. Chris even took the time to read my MRI results and research the most appropriate exercises to strengthen surrounding muscles — an amazingly personal touch. I’ve been reminded once again not only of the healing power of Pilates but also its role in preventing injury in the first place. Can’t recommend more highly.

Las clases personalizadas hacen que logres cosas que de otra forma no sería posible. Desde que hago pilates con Chris he mejorado mi mala postura, mi elasticidad...estoy muy contenta, es una inversión en salud. Recomendable 100%.
