Experiência fantástica: Best yoga studio in Quarteira! I've taken yoga classes with many instructors before, but none were as good as Lara. She is really wise, experienced, calm and helpful. In addition, both studios, in Salir and Quarteira, are beautiful and have a very good energy. In addition to the yoga classes, the Women's Circle that takes place once a month is a must. Very enlightening.
