I joined about 1 year and a half ago and I felt that I evolved more in the first 6 months than in 2 years in another box I used. Excellent coaching, large and pleasant space in constant evolution (renovation and addition of equipment frequently), easy parking and good access. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get started in Crossfit or considerably improve their skills, always with a super friendly environment.
