Experiência fantástica: Alba is wonderful. Very professional and thorough in her approach as well as being approachable. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the body and tailors her treatments to your body. I went to see Alba on the recommendation of a friend as I had very sore feet. Within two sessions as well as assiduously doing the exercises I was given my feet started to feel a lot better. She also identified other issues related to my feet issues and helped with massage, manipulation and exercises to help address them too. I paid for 10 sessions up front and have just had the last one. I will be back in the autumn for a refresher and more exercises. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alba.

Her treatments can be targeted to specific physical therapy needs or she can provide an incredible massage. I have had body work done around the globe. Alba is the best I've had to pleasure to work with because of her extensive training, comprehensive understanding of how the "whole body" functions, and the interrelatedness of the component parts. First off, when you walk in she is incredibly kind and warm and her space is clean and inviting. She then gave me a wonderful massage and even did some lymphatic massaging techniques. She tailored my massage very specifically to what I was needing which was wonderful. Highly recommend her!

Experiência fantástica: Outstanding professional, extremely competent and with “magical hands”. Alba took excellent care of my operated shoulder which suffered multiple fractures. After a few sessions I could move my entire arm much better and made important progress in terms of amplitude and fluidity. Alba also treated my broken pinky finger - it is now much straightened and stretches better. She listens to you, studies the medical reports very thoroughly and provides an optimal treatment. She is also very friendly and nice. I recommend her without hesitation.

The experience was outstanding and professional, and much more than what I am used to with my local physician at home. Alba not only treated my edema with good success and visible results, but also educated about exercises, self treatment and everything one should know about the topic. It’s been the friendliest experience from first contact and throughout the treatment days. Experiência fantástica: Wenn ich könnte würde ich 10 Sterne geben. Alba hat mir in so vielen Ebenen geholfen zu mir selbst zu finden. Sie ist so viel mehr als eine Masseurin. Ich kam mit dem Problem zu ihr, dass ich unter Vaginismus litt. Und sie meinte: "Das ist kein Problem. Das bekommen wir hin." Das machte mich sprachlos, weil ich seit Jahren dachte, dass ich anders wäre. Mit ihrer ruhigen und sanften Art kam ich sofort ins Vetrauen und wagte den Schritt. Es war eines der besten Entscheidungen meines Lebens. In unseren Sitzungen kombinierte sie medizinisches Wissen mit Einfühlungsvermögen und Empathie. Sie erklärte mir viel über den weiblichen Körper und wie er funktionierte. Ich dachte ich wäre fortgeschritten in dem Thema. Weit gefehlt. Heute weiß ich wie meine Muskulatur verläuft und warum manche Sachen im weiblichen Körper passieren..Und wie normal das alles ist. Bereits nach 3 Behandlungen spürte ich große Veränderungen. Alba betrachtete meinen Körper ganzheitlich und erkannte, dass mein Problem bereits bei meinem Bauch begann. Weil ich ihn unter Stress ständig anspannte. Also versuchte ich durch sie meinen Körper "umzuprogrammieren". Mit ihrer Hilfe lernte ich meinen Körper kennen, mir zu Vetrauen und los zulassen. Ich fühlte mich immer sicher und aufgefangen durch ihre professionelle, aber auch liebevolle Art. Ich werde sie immer wieder kontaktieren, sollte ich etwas im Bereich Frauenheilkunde brauchen. Weil ich bei ihr weiß, dass sie zuhört und mir qualitative Hilfestellung geben kann. An dieser Stelle ein großes Danke an dich Alba! Danke, dass du tust was du tust mit dieser Hingabe und Aufmerksamkeit!
