Experiência fantástica: There’s no better way to start your day I’ve experienced Yoga classes with Ari already in the past live as well as online during Covid and am so grateful that he’s back now in Algarve teaching again the rooftop terrace at Tempêrus is a breathtaking location. Surrounded by the sound of the ocean and the twittering of birds in the woods you feel the breeze and the sun on your body whilst being guided through the class by a soft-spoken voice, warm-hearted competence and profound knowledge. Ari is not only a highly trained yoga teacher who knows exactly what he’s doing and who meets you at your personal level, he’s far more than that. He *is* Yoga. Experiência fantástica: Starting the early morning with a yoga practice on this rooftop by the sea is fabulous. With Ari teaching and orientation, who has been investing over the years on adquiring more knowledge trough courses and periods of India living, I recommend the yoga practices he offer, the teacher and the location, either for those who live nearby or those enjoying holidays. Since Ari also teaches online is also a good option for those living not so close and can't attend in person. Começar a manhã cedo a praticar yoga neste terraço olhando o mar, é algo maravilhoso. Sob a orientação do Ari que tem vindo a investir na sua formação como professor de Yoga ao longo dos anos, inclusive formações e viver temporadas na Índia as suas aulas são recomendadas. Recomendo as práticas, o professor e o local, para quem more perto ou esteja de férias. Como também existe a possibilidade de aulas online também, é uma hipótese para quem esteja mais longe.
