Experiência negativa: Was really looking forward to go to class here, my last morning on my vacation, could have slept in but chose to wake up early and walk the 15-20 min walk to the studio. I arrive and the teacher said she moved the class to 30 min earlier, so now she has to leave to teach another place.. no where is that mentioned anywhere on the ig of soluna, I made sure to double check before I left. It's very disappointing, I planned a lot and made many decisions the day before and after so I could attend this class at this time that was on the schedule. Please don't be so inconsiderate of peoples time, hope this doesn't happen to more people. So that's why I leave this review

I’m a full time athlete training an average of 6 days a week, usually two sessions a day so I definitely have the need for some massage treatments and Rachel is amazing, she finds all the tense spots and makes them disappear (magic). It really helps with my recovery and I always feel great (and sleepy) afterwards.

Experiência fantástica: I recently had a massage by Rachel and I have to say that it was one of the best massages I ever had. As a former professional dancer for me it is really important that a massage therapist knows really well how the body works. So I definitely appreciated the fact that Rachel as an athlete/surfer/yoga teacher herself, knew perfectly how to listen and adapt to what my body and muscles needed. Obrigada!

Experiência fantástica: Becca and Rachel are exceptional yoga teachers. Both extremely knowledgable but also incredibly warm and friendly. I have just done my second yoga retreat with them and it was such an amazing experience. Shiatsu from Becca and massage from Rach was also great. Can't recommend them highly enough. If you are lucky enough to live close to them then go to their yoga as they are the best.

Experiência fantástica: Peace of Mind! I had a full body massage twice, Rachel knows how to properly apply the pressure points! My shoulder pain stopped as soon as she started to work on it, super careful and gentle. My body tension was released, I had a proper relaxing moment for the first time in months. Even my face looked younger. Thank you, I'll definitely come back soon

Not only is the space relaxing, inviting and warm.... Rachel’s skills are exactly what I needed! Becca was on point with her teaching, correcting me where needed and guiding us all through the class effortlessly.
