Depuis ma première séance de Pilates Reformer dans ce studio, je me suis senti revitalisé, renforcé et aligné. Les instructeurs sont super compétents, attentifs à chaque mouvement, et veillent à ce que chaque exercice soit adapté à nos besoins individuels. L'espace est chaleureux, moderne et inspirant - un lieu parfait pour se détendre et se ressourcer. Si vous cherchez une expérience de Pilates authentique et de qualité, ne cherchez pas plus loin que Prescription!

Experiência fantástica: Stopped in at prescription for a little pre-wedding Pilates while in Lisbon and was so impressed by this beautiful studio. I didn’t know what to expect but the classes were in English, and the instructor was very knowledgeable. I loved the trampoline-like jumpboards, and though I didn’t feel the class was too challenging during the class, I definitely felt it later!

Experiência positiva: I’ve only taken 2 classes, but I have been practicing the reformer for 12+ years, sometimes 7days a week. The classes are of good quality, the studio is stunning, and with only 8 reformers I understand why they have to charge what they charge. But, the price is higher then the studios I practise in NY, London and Sydney. And for Portugal, that then means you really cater for an high income expat community. Will I return, yes bcs it’s close to my house. Will I take weekly classes, No, therefor I find it too expensive.

Experiência fantástica: I had the chance to take Reformer Classes at Prescription studio since the opening and it was beyond my expectations! The place is warm and tastefully designed, teachers are amazing (Thanks Helena and Heloise for sharing so much of your energy) and the concept is simply the best Thanks Vanessa for everything !!! I am now back to France and miss this place so much. Hope to be back soon :)

J'ai eu l'occasion de faire des cours avec trois professeurs aux styles très différents, qui permettent de pouvoir trouver l'enseignement qui nous correspond le mieux, avec toute fois des points communs dans le sérieux, le savoir, la qualité d'encadrement et la bienveillance qui étaient tous au rendez-vous. Je suis professeur de Yoga et suis particulièrement attachée au bon placement du corps, ce qui a toujours été le cas. Chacun a été attentif à une blessure que j'avais et de bon conseil quand à la pratique (très efficace pour re-muscler le corps). Le lieu est beau, chaleureux et accueillant, le personnel sympathique, réactifs et très à l'écoute, et cerise sur la gateau, la gérante Vanessa est au petit soin avec nous. Merci beaucoup pour l'accueil ✨

Experiência positiva: Beautiful space, although felt the equipment could've been used more extensively (no footwork), and no headpads made an althetic class quite uncomfortable without proper cervical support.

Experiência fantástica: Very welcoming environment, tastefully curated decor, incredibly dynamic Pilates sessions on the reformer, those are some of the words that can be used to describe Prescription! I had a blast even tho it was my first ever Pilates class. The instructor, which was lovely, kept us really motivated and the exercises were fun but quite intense. The whole group emanated very positives vibes. Loved it, can't wait to be back on the reformer!

The founder will warmly welcome you, the teachers are skilled and knowledgeable professionals, the equipment and props are pitch neat perfect and the place is beautifully designed. Experiência fantástica: I had on Monday my first prescription class with Amy, loved it! I have Reformer experience but prefered to take a beginner class, Amy explained me everything i had to know about the reformer they use. It was a very good way to start the week. If i come back to Lisbon i would definitely have an other prescription class. It’s also a very nice studio.
