Experiência fantástica: Étant client régulier, je tiens enfin à partager mon avis après presqu’un an à me défouler au studio rise. Les styles et exercices des coachs sont différents, ce qui rend chaque session unique. L ambiance dans la salle est très bonne: sportive et l’effet de groupe entraîne chacun à pousser un peu plus ses limites. Les vestiaires hommes sont tres propres, comparables à des services d’hôtels haut de gamme. Enfin l’équipe est vraiment sympa, bienveillante et c’est un plaisir d’y revenir à chaque fois.

So energetic, afro music blasting and very encouraging work out by this charismatic trainer! :) Besides that, from the convenient check-in, hiqh quality & brandnew eqipment, super-clean showers & lockers with amazing and free amenities like AESOP skincare, chewing gums, big and soft towels and so much more! The price per session might seem a bit high, but it is so worth it, you get so much back! Thank you for this experience, as we were challenged to go to our limit, which then resulted in a big rush of endorphines! So so nice! <3

Experiência fantástica: The concept of cycling in a dark room where you just feel the music is really nice and makes cycling fun, even for those who are not big fans of this activity. The energy and the teachers are great and it's nice that you can even check each teacher's playlist. The space has a beautiful and clean design and I loved the attention to details they have , such as having in the shower nice brands of shampoo and soap.

Desde o momento em que entramos no Studiorise, compreendemos que foi um espaço concebido para proporcionar uma experiência diferente no mundo do exercício físico. Desde a configuração do espaço, estético e minimalista, à recepção acolhedora do staff e dos instrutores, é definitivamente um espaço que nos faz sentir bem-vindos e motivados, completamente diferente da sensação de entrar num ginásio convencional onde nos sentimos apenas como mais um número. A missão de revolucionar a relação que muitos de nós temos com exercício - "Fitness is boring" é alcançada e sentida logo nos primeiros 10 min da aula. Garanto, nada nada boring. As luzes desligam-se, à excepção da luz vermelha que incide sobre o instrutor, criador e orientador da vibe e do ritmo da aula. Imersos na escuridão e nas excelentes - e variadas - playlists, não há tempo nem vontade para constrangimentos ou pensar no quer que seja. Durante aqueles 45 min, tudo sai porta fora. E entre a intensidade e o suor, sobra e chega espaço para diversão. Relativamente aos balneários, impecáveis. Desde a limpeza à disponibilidade de variadíssimos produtos (cremes, desodorizantes, elásticos, etc) a toalhas, possibilitando sairmos de lá limpinhos e energéticos, prontos para o trabalho ou uma saída. Em suma: Adorei. Valeu-me mais do que muitas saídas à noite :)

Experiência fantástica: Uma aula muito dinâmica e "fora da caixa"! O studiorise é um conceito inovador, no coração de Lisboa. É uma aula de cycling super intensa ao som de músicas incríveis e cuidadosamente escolhidas pelos instrutores para dar-mos o melhor de nós. Desde a entrada até à saída do estúdio somos bem acolhidos: o staff, a instalações, os maravilhosos produtos disponibilizados ao cliente... É mais do que só fazer desporto.

Experiência fantástica: This is my favourite place in town to go exercise. I’m very lazy and I hate the need to exercise just because, with no purpose, and fortunately I found StudioRise! It is like they have made exercise fun and enjoyable!! I don’t mind waking up early to go there, nor very fast during lunch break or even at the end of an exhausting day! It is always refreshing weather your very up to it or in a bad mood, I assure you will leave Studio Rise very upbeat and with new aura. The staff is all very welcoming, always available to help with a smile and the instructors are amazing!! You can basically decide your mood for the day and pick the instructor that best fits. All with very different styles so I can’t actually recommend my favourite as I believe they have one for each mood! The facility it’s one of the best I’ve ever been at. With a great decor,, always very neat and with complimentary toilet products that you will need at the beginning or end of each class. I highly recommend you to try StudioRise ,and I can promise you will want to go back again and again. It literally the best way to burn calories ;)

Experiência fantástica: Ich bin eigentlich kein Fan von Fitness und habe auch noch nie davor Spinning gemacht, aber meine erste Class bei Studiorise hat mich vom Gegenteil überzeugt. Dem Konzept "Fitness ist langweilig" wird das Studio alle mal gercht und es gibt verschiedene attraktive Workouts je nach Musikgeschmack. Die Class mit der Trainerin Carlotta war super, vor allem die Musik und das Ambiete (bei Kerzenlicht :)) im Studio waren top und sehr angenehm. Außerdem ist das Studio sehr sauber und das Team von Studiorise ist wahnsinnig nett und hilfsbereit!

This is so far the best training studio I have tried in Lisbon. 45mn of cycling with super cool music. The class is intense but fun at the same time. You release all the negativity and stress from work and the daily life. The coaches are absolutely AMAZING. Always good vibes and kind. Last but not least, the 2 founders are really nice too. Experiência fantástica: Durante a pandemia, a maioria das pessoas adaptou-se a treinar sozinha ou em casa, eu fui uma delas. No pós-pandemia, mantive a maioria dos meus treinos sozinho mas em vez de voltar ao meu ginásio antigo, optei por um sports boutique cycling studio para complementar. Encontrei o studiorise que nos oferece aulas de cycling, diferentes de spinning e rpm que era o que eu fazia no ginásio e que ao fim de algum tempo acabam por aborrecer, mais focadas na música e no espetáculo, o que faz com que o tempo de treino passe a voar porque estamos divertidos. As condições são de topo, pelo menos para o que estamos habituados na maioria dos ginásios em Portugal e o facto de ter sempre um dos sócios a receber os clientes pessoalmente e trocar uns minutos de conversa, faz com que nos sintamos parte de uma comunidade, coisa que os treinos solitários não fazem e conheçamos sempre gente diferente.

I used to not be a fan of cycling but they really made me change my mind, every teacher has his own style of music and bring you in their univers for 45 minutes. It's the perfect place to get to your body the cardio that it needs and to get ride of stress! The owners are amazing, they take care of every details, the amenities in the bathroom are the highest level quality. 5 start for everything! I highly recommande Studiorise!

Experiência fantástica: Un concept vraiment hors du commun; j'étais sceptique au départ car je ne pensais pas être transportée pour du cycling dans une salle noire, mais là, tout y est: on sent que les coachs ont été choisis pour leur univers musical et pour leur personnalité puissante. Chaque séance est une découverte, une nouvelle surprise et un vrai défis sportif: on travaille tout, les jambes , le cardio mais aussi les bras avec de nombreux push up.C'est varié, c'est préparé, vraiment très pro! Sans parler de la récompense ultime de la douche avec tous les produits au top dans des vestiaires hypers conforts : tout est mis en place pour enchaîner sur un bon resto dans le quartier! Bravo Studiorise!

Experiência fantástica: Une salle de cycling absolument adorable. L’entrée se fait dans une pièce aérée et très accueillante. Concernant la salle avec les vélos, elles permet d’accueillir une quarantaine de personnes, et les vêlons sont proches, mais comme dans toutes les autres salles de cycling. Les vestiaires sont suffisamment spacieux, mais les douches mériteraient d’être plus grandes et dénotent un peu avec la qualité des autres équipements. J’apprécie le fait qu’ils proposent en libre service des produits cosmétiques de bonne qualité (shampooing Davines, déodorant Vichy, SPF, Tonique ..), le lieu est très bien équipé. Concernant la qualité des cours, je n’ai pas trouvé de grande différence avec les autres studios que j’ai l’habitude de fréquenter, la playlist était un peu mainstream, mais Rui avait une bonne énergie, et ça, on adore !

As aulas são uma forma muito divertida de fazer exercício, os coaches transmitem uma energia positiva e cada um com o seu estilo de música, partilham uma experiência com os clientes. Vou voltar de certeza e recomendo a qualquer experimentar!

Experiência fantástica: As aulas do Studiorise são mais do que um momento para exercício do corpo, são também um momento de meditação! Depois de darmos tudo durante a aula, sempre com a orientação de coaches maravilhosos e com energia impecável, podemos aproveitar o escuro do studio para relaxarmos nossa mente e termos um momento em nosso próprio mundo, meditação total! Destaque também à equipa, sempre solícita e bem preparada, e às instalações do ginásio: oferecem tudo dentro dos balneários, de toalhas a produtos de higiene pessoal das melhores marcas! O Studiorise representa o melhor do mundo fitness, um universo rico, mas ainda pouco conhecido em Portugal... E não existe porta de entrada melhor para este universo do que o Studiorise!! Recomendo a 100% para quem não é acostumado ou não gosta dos "ginásios tradicionais".

Experiência fantástica: Une nouvelle façon de voir la salle de sport, un espace dédié à une activité, en l’occurrence le cycling, parfaitement maîtrisée et originale par l’approche musicale. Une véritable expérience à chaque séance !

Experiência fantástica: Descobri o studiorise no início deste ano e desde aí tenho ido todas as semanas sem exceção. O conceito em si é muito giro e os coaches são todos fantásticos: têm todos um estilo musical e uma forma de dar aulas diferentes mas são todos muito bons. O estúdio tem tudo o que é preciso para antes, durante e depois das aulas, o ambiente é super acolhedor e o staff é impecável, fazem sempre um esforço para estar tudo perfeito ao mínimo pormenor. No geral é uma ótima experiência, vale muito a pena!

Experiência fantástica: I had my first spinning class a week ago and Studiorise hooked me! Everything was perfect, from the check-in to the clean and well designed/equipped fitting room. Regarding to the spinning class, the coach was so energetic and caring with everyone and in particular with new comers as me. The playlist was just dope!! Had an amazing experience... will come back for sure
