Titan Fitness Camp Algarve

Experiência fantástica: I've just come back from Titan Fitness Algarve and had the best time! This is the second time I've visited camp, and I will definitely be back. I compete in different fitness events in the UK, including Hyrox, and I love the variety of classes that Titan offers. The coaches are very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and happy to focus on your specific goals. The camp is in a beautiful location in Luz, close to shops,bars and restaurants. The food that's included in the package is fresh, healthy and the customer service is excellent. I've met friends for a lifetime at Titan and we aim to go visit every summer. Thanks again for an awesome trip!

Experiência fantástica: Absolutely loved my time at Titan Fitness Algarve. I was very nervous going on holiday solo for the first time and about my fitness level too. Absolutely unfounded nerves from the first class throughout the whole week. Sad to leave and missing it now I’m back. The choice of classes is great and the coaches knowledge is really valuable. They are so attentive in the classes help you with form and technique. If they know your goals too they pick out what you might want to work on. The PT session if you stay a week is really valuable and built around your own goals. Really good coaches so make the most of them when you’re there. The accomodation is basic, but it’s right next to the gym and the other guests. There were 6/7 of us we were all in the same place and doing the classes and eating together, then at the pool or eating out on a night together too. So I could be alone if I wanted or mix with the group. The food and Kinoah restaurant was fab. Their pool area is great and can’t be used and the staff are so lovely. I got a little obsessed with their fresh orange juice and one of our group made sure to work her way down the smoothie list too. I’m so glad I went and will definitely be going again - I may choose my own accomodation but I’m likely to book the whole package for the social element of being with the group.

Experiência fantástica: You have to come to Titan Fitness!! This is now our second year travelling to the Algarve and training at Titan, and we will be back again next year. Steve and all the staff are absolutely awesome, no matter what questions I had they were always there to help. Training in the warm climate makes such a huge difference and their new location is great (it's the only gym I've trained at with a sea view!!)

Experiência fantástica: I went to the sika strength weightlifting camp and was incredibly impressed by how warmly welcomed I was. The quality or the equipment and space is amazing. The coaches were incredibly good vibes and were incredibly motivating towards me hitting a lifetime PB. I'm looking forward to returning now it's hallowed ground for me .. The Titan team take the time to get to know you, then tailor their training approach to meet your individual goals while at the same time fostering a strong sense of community and teamwork. Experiência fantástica: I’ve just returned from taking my first retreat to Titan and I honestly could not speak more highly of the whole experience. Ste has been incredible throughout with all the arrangements and everything ran like clock work for us from arriving until we left on Tuesday. The facilities were second to none and we had some great workouts every day and I’m now in the process of organising our next one for April 2024. All the staff we’re so friendly and accommodating and if your thinking about going over then I would not think twice. Experiência fantástica: I had been to the Thailand location and had not the best experience. This one, is magical! I loved the coaches, the facility is well maintained (beside the fact that the bathroom is broken) The equipment is new and in great shape. An awesome place to work out in. Steve clearly runs a nice ship over there, the difference in management is evident and makes this place a 5star. Would return anytime! Couple note for folks who book: -bring dark clothes and dark shoes only, the gym floor is staining your stuff -if you do like yoga, bring your own mat, I felt those could have gone through a wash more often and I would have liked to use my own. Since you do spend a significant time on the mat -They don’t have a water fill station, so bring water when you come Aside from that: come and have fun!

Experiência fantástica: Best European vacation ever… After a long pause from traveling due to Covid, my wife and I planned a 2-week trip to Europe. After a week of over-indulgence in Paris I spent the second week working to reset my lifestyle and get back on a healthier track with a week at Titan Fitness Camp in Algarve Portugal. I almost never post reviews but Titan Fitness Camp was so exceptional that I wanted to share my thoughts: 1.) Location - Portugal is great! And Titan Fitness Camp is perfectly situated near the coast and adjacent to an excellent boutique resort offering both the ability to exercise in a large outdoor facility as well as relax in a comfortable resort and pool atmosphere. 2.) Food - My plan included 2 meals. The quality of the food was exceptional. The meals were designed around their Nutrition Course which was very informative. The food was so good I even went back for a dinner one evening that was not covered in my plan - it was that good! 3.) Training was excellent for any level. I started my week slowly with 2 classes on day 1 and increased to 4 classes by day 3. My general routine included yoga class, an interval class, breakfast, 1-hour free time, one rotation class (it varied depending on the day - l loved the boxing class) followed by a late lunch. I was done by 3pm most days and relaxing by the pool, beach or exploring nearby towns. There were additional classes available but this routine worked out great for me. 4.) Coaches & staff – Sign up was easy. Everyone was so helpful and went out of their way to ensure things were going well. The Trainers were all certified to the hilt and more importantly were really nice, fully engaged, encouraging, focused on teaching technique and making every participant feel special. In summary, I can’t say enough good things about my week at Titan Fitness Camp as part of my European vacation and overall healthy life improvement.

Experiência fantástica: My family and I have visited the Titan camp over the last 2 years as "drop in" guests to the morning HIT/Body 360 classes. Every class we have joined has been great, all the instructors make you feel welcome and there is a great atmosphere. Classes are varied and the outdoor setting means its never too hot! Overall I would highly recommend and we will be back on our next visit to Luz.

Experiência fantástica: The best gym I have been. The staff/coach/manager are super friendly. They welcome you as you were family. Also, even though I was a drop-in, I go some amazing and key teaching points. It’s the best place for beginners to advanced lifters. I did two classes and they really are adaptive depending on your level. If you are a traveller looking for quick gym session, you have to come see them!!! And for you guys, thank you for the hospitality and the warm welcome!! Hope to see you soon!!

Not only have I made so many friends, but I've also had the best trainings and enjoyed delicious food a had the best laugh! And let's not forget about Nemo, the cutest dog in the world! Experiência fantástica: An amazing place and an experience I will remember forever. Every coach is knowledgeable but most importantly conscience of technique and form. This is one of the few camps that really cares about every individual. If you’re an experienced athlete or novice Titan will take you to the next level.

Experiência fantástica: The only real CrossFit place around here with more CrossFit classes to come. They’ve got some cool offerings though like boxing, weightlifting etc it’s a fitness heaven!

Experiência fantástica: This is a fitness experience on a different level. I've been to many fitness camps in Europe and in Asia (thailand/bali). This one has it all, close to home, 5 -stars customer service, the location is great, great accommodation, pools and more. Equipment: The fitness camp is fully equipped with high quality equipment, plenty of barbells, bumper plates, kettlebells, dumbells, high quality yoga mats and more. The location is great on a hilltop, just a short walk from the beautiful beach of Luz and the beach walk with all the amaaazing restaurants and plenty of activities. Everything is within a walking distance but without the noise, and the crazy traffic like in Asia and it's so peaceful and safe. They spoil the clients with a huge pool at the onsite restaurant and to make things even better the accommodation has a great pool too. If you don't like to get sandy you can spend your time by the pool or have a swim in one of those. The food: Looks amazing, tastes amazing and it's healthy. Loved the protein pancakes (guilt free and delicious). Classes. Every single class is planned in a way that suits everyone. The coaches are highly qualified and attentive. The Hike and the beach training are like the icing on the cake. You can't be in the Algarve on a fitness holiday without a beach training session and a hike! :) Customer service: The onsite team is great, making sure everyone is happy. Overall the best fitness Camp to visit if you're looking for a fitness holiday close to home.

Experiência fantástica: I recently returned from a week in Titan Fitness. I was looking for some sun, wanted to get some training in and also just wanted a relaxed break also. It exceeded my expectations. From the beginning even before I even left Steve and the coaches were very helpful in answering any questions I had etc. I stayed beside Titan and it was so handy to be able to train and pop back to my room then if I needed to. What impressed me the most was the quality of coaching and the time each coach gave you. They all had their own unique areas of strength and unique personalities and that made the training environment even more enjoyable and I loved the way everyone was challenged in a positive way also. It allowed me also to focus and develop a few areas I felt I needed to get stronger on as they were always so approachable and attentive. There was a great mix of classes, there was no pressure to attend but when I was only there for a week I wanted to make the most of it. The food was great - some great options. Praia de Luz provided a great backdrop also with the relaxed vibes it had. It suited me perfectly. I'd recommend it to anyone and I hope to go back at some stage. Having coming home now it has definitely taught me how to train harder and smarter and was a great kickstart to the Summer.
