Experiência positiva: The fitness club is pretty small, but it has everything you need. If you want to train the basics it is very good, but if you are a advenced bodybuilder it isn't perfekt for you.

From trimming your bums and thighs in Marta's GAP class,power pump or spinning to Simao's zen like Yoga. The personal trainers, Helder and Miguel really work their clients to be their personal best. Aroeira fitness also has a great place to enjoy a coffee,tea and a menu of daily specials prepared by Maria Joao in the Aroeira Heat. She can prepare your meals for the week if you need some tasty and healthy meals.
