Experiência fantástica: Undoubtedly the best place for anyone who wants to learn calisthenics or improve their physical and mental shape. The teacher is amazing, the classes are challenging and adapted to the level of each student and the atmosphere is always excellent and with good energy.

A suggestion for improvement is to have a little longer classes and in the future it will be possible to have more classes and even free movement through the equipment as in a gym, I even think that these last two suggestions are already part of the gym's plans.
