Probably one of the best gyms around!!! New machines, lots of spaces available, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath....good changing rooms (the lockers are what..)... I don't see much support in the room, although I don't need it but sometimes I see who it is need and you can't see someone, group classes I haven't tried yet but you can see the good dynamics and good mood for those who go to them... I use Urban so I can't comment on the values.

porque não atendem o telefone?

Nunca atendem telefones em 1 ano que lá estou ...o Jacuzzi está avariado há 5 meses...dizem que são 25€ para este inconveniente e nunca os vi!!!...sei de um caso próximo que o jovem ficou sem emprego, apresentou carta de rescisão da entidade empregadora, e eles não aceitaram para rescindir a fidelização, qdo p o mesmo consta no contrato, e o jovem só t 18 anos e sem condições de continuar no ginásio!!...enfim...deviam dar mais atenção a tantas coisas importantes!!!não se vive só de sorrisos

Good space, good group classes and good staff ready to help

I went to this gym for almost 2 years and I loved the establishment and the people! Very friendly staff, fun and motivating group classes, and open, bright and clean spaces. I recommend this club to anyone who likes or wants to exercise and have guidance to achieve their goals.

Spectacular personal training service, the machines and the pool are also good

I love group lessons. I really like hydro gymnastics, RPM, yoga and 3D. I love Solinca's people. From the cleaning lady to reception and all the teachers. I have nothing negative to point out. I'm loving it!

A qualidade está cada dia pior. A limpeza dos balneários é sofrível, se se deixar cair algo... É melhor por no lixo

Excellent gym, especially during Covid19 outbreak. A lot of space, wonderful lighting, modern equipment and safety restrictions being followed. As an 8-years experience bodybuilder, I find myself quite happy working out in here. Pics taken today.

I don't think I've ever written online reviews, after having tried all the solincas, this is the best, my assessment is not only based on the space, but on the gym as a whole, it's a super harmonious place, with a spectacular staff, the personals are top, and the personal Luis is another level, forgets super dedicated and willing to help everyone, I've been to several solincas but I've never seen a personal so dedicated with him. See if the passion. Nothing to point out, in love with this solinca ? are wonderful!!!!

The teachers (as?) are very nice, the gym is functional, the studios and equipment room are all on the same floor and parking is free.

This is my favorite Southern Solinca. I love the fantastic natural light, the friendliness of the room technicians, their professionalism in the group classes and there is not a single person at the reception who does not have the warmest possible service! The cardio machines are up-to-date and have Internet, the weight-training area is always tidy. The spa area, although small, is always clean and supervised by a pool manager. Five stars, congratulations.

Good gym...

Private park, good access, recent gym. Sauna and Turkish bath

I signed up for 2 and a half weeks at Solinca in Alfragide, and so far I have been very impressed by everything positive. The spas are in excellent condition and always presentable. In the training room, the room managers are always attentive and always concerned about who is training. The front desk is 5 star and up to date always available to help.

My son does swimming there. I can only say that the staff is very friendly and attentive. It has good facilities.

Excellent gym, with excellent conditions for sports, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath. Well located, with private parking and with an excellent view of the Monsanto mountains.
