Tenho só 1 sugestão???? construtiva ...deveria se cedido a todos os hóspedes roupão para quando o acesso à piscina, não só a alguns tipos de quarto. Nem que para isso fosse pedido um tipo de caução no acto do chekin, para depois no checkout, ser entregue o roupão e a devolução da caução. Quero salientar que também fiquei maravilhada com a atitude deste hotel, a aceitação dos Pets ????‍????dos hóspedes, já que estes seres pertencem também à família????.. Fiquei super contente, por saber que assim os aceitam... Como família???? O meu muito obrigado por tudo. Voltaremos em breve ????

Experiência positiva: As expectativas eram elevadas confesso,mas infelizmente há vários pontos menos bons. A insonorização do quarto é péssima...mas acredito que o vizinho do lado ressonasse mais que o normal. A cama deveria ter um sobrecolchao ao colchão de molas existente.Quarto com pouca iluminação, WC é antiquado..sai água da banheira para o chão de forma que não podemos controlar. E até direito a berço no quarto tivemos,sem solicitar ????..enfim... Pequeno almoço igualmente decepcionante..tudo muito industrial.

Experiência positiva: O hotel tem óptimas condições nos quartos com produtos rituals à disposição. Os pratos do restaurante são muito bons! O buffet de pequeno almoço também é bom! Poderiam explorar mais os produtos locais como ter raivas, ovos moles, etc. O ginásio é muito bom com as máquinas necessárias para trabalhar todas as partes do corpo. Não dou 5* por 2 motivos: 1) O SPA poderia ter horários específicos para serem frequentados por crianças. Pois podendo ser frequentado a qualquer horário pelas mesmas, quem quiser ir para o SPA descansar/relaxar corre o risco de não encontrar o ambiente que procura. 2) a recepção parece precisar de melhor coordenação/comunicação com os seus colaboradores e com os restantes serviços do hotel

Experiência positiva: Hotel bem localizado, a uma curta distância do centro. O quarto é espaçoso mas um pouco desatualizado, precisa ser modernizado. Wc com secador mas muito fraco e, se quiser utilizar o próprio não há ficha para ligar. Também não há ficha no quarto ao pé do único espelho que existe. As janelas do quarto não fecham bem e, em noites de vento, é um assobiar que dificulta o descanso. Viajei em casal e ficamos 2 noites para celebrar as nossas Bodas de Prata. Na 1a noite houve jantar buffet de altíssima qualidade. Parabéns ao chefe. Na 2a noite, por haver poucos clientes o jantar foi "a la carte". O pequeno-almoço, buffet, de boa qualidade, no entanto com falta de algumas coisas para um hotel de 4 estrelas (por exemplo, tomate, azeite, frutos secos, etc.). Staff simpático e disponível. No geral, e pela minha experiência, este hotel é um 4 estrelas fraquinho, no entanto, com potencial para melhorar. Ah! e já agora gostaria de deixar uma sugestão, visto estarmos em Aveiro, o doce de ovos deveria de fazer parte da carta, quer em sobremesas como em doçaria no pequeno-almoco.

Experiência positiva: Prós: - Hotel bonito - Staff simpático - Boa variedade no pequeno almoço - Quartos confortáveis Contras: - Sistema de ar condicionado dos quartos não é personalizável a partir de uma determinada hora. Não faz sentido a partir dessa hora, ser a central do hotel a determinar a temperatura - Serviço de Spa com disponibilidade de robes só contra pagamento de 5€ - Elevadores demasiado pequenos para tantos hóspedes o que leva a muito tempo perdido à espera de vaga no elevador

Experiência fantástica: Amazing hotel in a spectacular location. Staff were very friendly and spoke perfect English. The room was amazingly comfortable with great view and a great shower. Breakfast buffet has many options as a continental layout. Would highly recommend a stay here in a beautiful city.

Experiência fantástica: Probably the best hotel in Aveiro. It breaks with the traditional look and feel of the city, but at the same time blends in very well. The location is very privileged with amazing views of the Canal. Staff is very attentive and efficient. Rooms can be a bit tiny if you're used to US room sizes, but they are very ample by EUR standards. Don't miss the breakfast, quality of the food is really, really good. Also the lobby bar is really nice to hang out and wind down. There is what seems to be an amazing spa/gym but haven't had the opportunity to try it out. Maybe next time!

Experiência fantástica: Media Ria is the wonderful five stared hotel in the Aveiro city. The facilities and food quality in this hotel is appreciable.

Experiência fantástica: We came here for an evening meal as part of a conference being held at the university of aveiro. Having had dreadful food all week as no where seemed to cater for vegetarians in aveiro, it was a breath of fresh air to go somewhere so attentive to our needs. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. The hotel was lavishly decorated, veey tasteful. Wish I could have stayed there!

Experiência fantástica: Good quality hotel. Thought the bathrooms were good and the breakfast quite nice also. Spa is in the process of an update which is leaving a paint smell everywhere but the hotel warned me well in advance about this so can't really complain.

Experiência fantástica: They have a great staff and are located in the middle of the city with a wonderful green area right across from the hotel, just need to cross river. The rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet is also very good!

Experiência fantástica: If I had the possibility I would give 4.5, I mean there's no problem with it, it is very, very good in everything apart from the somewhat important fact that the matresses are the highest quality I've been lying in, maybe they would need replacing. All else, design, location, breakfast and dinner, services, all excelent, no doubt the best hotel in Aveiro.
