Of the solincas I've been, it's one of the youngest and most complete, the instructors are great, very attentive. the monthly fee is always around 60 euros but it pays off when looking for great facilities and good teachers and good classes. it has its own parking and everything you need to do a great workout.

What I have to say about Solinca Gaia is that the cleaning team is terrible, it's disgusting to go to the spa where you take a shower, everything has fungus on the tiles which is a danger of contamination by bacteria, the floor is all wet and slippery where someone can still fall and hurt. But anyway, the person in charge doesn't take action... and we partners pay to have this type of service from the cleaning team

DO Solinca de Gaia, I like all the professionals. But my interaction is more in a group class. I'm a pilates goer and it's a great class. Its benefits are seen in the long run. The Solinca club, in Gaia, is, without a doubt, a gym that offers high quality service with an excellent quality/price ratio. With a swimming pool, Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi, separate changing rooms for children and adults, 4 group classrooms and a mega weight room, it is easy to maintain the social distance that is essential in the times we live in, thus, in my opinion, super safe to attend these facilities. The instructors are also, on the whole, very friendly and attentive, as are the members of the sales team and other staff.
