Experiência fantástica: It was the best hotel I have stayed! The staff is super nice, starting with the ones from to reception, the bar and ending with the pool bar lady. The room was very spacious, clean, the beds very comfortable. They also have a pillow menu, so if you don’t like the default one go for it and ask for another one at the reception! The location and view from the rooms were also magnificent. The bar also is in a very interesting looking building, separated but near to the hotel. All and all, if you have any doubt about the hotel, go for it! Tip. There is a large supermarket across the street from the hotel where you can park your car for only 4€/day, so you don’t have to use their car park which is more expensive.

Experiência fantástica: Wow, the first hotel we're staying that's in the ocean, huge rooms, incredible views, breakfast with plenty of choices and quality food. Staff so far very friendly, parking on premises and huge supermarket across the street. Pool is decent also with staircase to swim in the ocean also. Ok, I got a negative comment too - the Internet could be better and not set up free like in the airport. Quartos: Big rooms, with crazy ocean view Atividades próximas: Parks, supermarket qcross the street and plenty of bars like 3-5 mins away(on top of the ones on premises) Segurança: Feels very safe and friendly, plenty of staff around also Acessibilidade a pé: Parks and promenades right next to it Alimentos e bebidas: The breakfast is definitely worth its price, and then some, and this without considering the view

Experiência fantástica: Rooms absolutely fine - had a nice room with ocean view. Also very quiet- only the waves :) Beds very comfortable and you had a variety of pillows! AMAZING. Breakfast buffet was absolutely okay - even though vegans might face some troubles - but a lot of salat and fruits and milk alternatives. Small hotel is very very nice! I would definitely recommend and and go there again. Direct access to the ocean for swimming is amazing! Everyone was very very friendly! Location is perfect - quiet but close to the city! Supermarket close by. Parking is easy next to the hotel but you have to pay for it (free from 8pm to 8 am ish, varies on weekends)

Experiência fantástica: Pestana vila lido was chosen as our hotel on our first trip to Madeira. The friendliness & helpfulness of ALL the staff, location of the hotel made our holiday very special. Our large room 802 was quiet, overlooked Funchal Harbour and the ocean. Listening to the waves day & night was relaxing. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The fridge provided in the room was useful. The pastries on arrival and a platter of fresh fruit midweek in the room was a nice touch. The pool area was well maintained. Plenty of sunbeds available and umbrellas. We enjoyed access to the Sauna & Steam room. Direct access to the sea was great, either by steps or jump if brave enough. The breakfast food was fantastic. So much choice, we especially enjoyed the fresh fruit the cooked eggs and the lovely pastries. We stayed 2 weeks and always a pleasure to go to breakfast. The hotel location was quiet & away from the road noise. A lovely scenic walk along the Lido promenade. Funchal not to far away either by walking or catch a bus from the top of the hill. We would definitely stay at the Pestana Vila Lido again with Fernando and his team.

Experiência fantástica: We had an amazing stay @ Pestana Vila Lido. Wonderful central location near a supermarket, bank, main road, easy walk into town. Hotel has direct access to the ocean, large comfy rooms, obliging staff (Tiago @ reception & Lulu, our room organiser) deserve a special mention! Breakfast was plentiful (tho coffee station cld be improved). Drinks are expensive but yiu gave the option of happy hour! We'll be back next year, God willing!! Detalhes relevantes: Feel parking at the hotel should be a free service.

Experiência positiva: Large studio rooms with a well equipped kitchenette. Decent sized balcony with sea view. Bathrooms are a good size with a bidet but no exhaust...that is the downside. The breakfast buffet is pretty good and has a variety of breads, pastry, fruits....even though the bacon and sausages are not to our standards. Prosecco is also served for breakfast. The bar/ afternoon tea room is a lovely room...giving it a cosy colonial feel.

Experiência fantástica: Hotel que foi remodelado recentemente, com uma localização excelente. Com uma piscina quase em cima do mar e acesso direto para quem quiser ir dar uns mergulhos no oceano. Os quartos são espaçosos e bastante confortáveis, com uma varanda muito agradável. O pequeno almoço tem uma grande variedade de opções e com qualidade. Quartos: Espaçosos, com vista para o mar.

Experiência fantástica: Bardzo przytulny hotel z przepięknym widokiem na ocean oraz sympatyczną i przemiłą obsługą. Bardzo jesteśmy zadowoleni, hotel w dobrej lokalizacji liczne restauracje obok hotelu. Pokoje są czyste i przestronne z wygodnym łóżkiem. Smaczne śniadania oraz dosyć długi czas serwowania. Nigdy nie zapomne cudownego widoku z okna. Dziękujemy za miły pobyt. Mam nadzieję że jeszcze wrócimy.

Experiência fantástica: Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel im Bereich Funchal Lido. Bis zur Altstadt oder zum Hafen benötigt man in etwa 25 Minuten zu Fuss aber es kann auch der Bus genommen werden. Die Haltestelle befindet sich in etwa 5 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Die Hotel Anlage wie auch die Zimmer sind seht gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Experiência fantástica: Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Meer. Von den Zimmern aus hat man einen erstklassigen Blick auf das Meer. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Beim Frühstücksbuffet ist für jeden etwas dabei! Absolute Empfehlung! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Experiência positiva: Первый раз останавливались в этом отеле, но не первый в сети Pestana. Спасибо за прекрасный сервис. Уборка была ежедневной. Сотрудники приветливы. Номер очень просторный, с прекрасным видом на Атлантический океан. Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак с большим количеством блюд. Из минусов, не оказалось заявленной на сайте, бесплатной парковки, что не приятно, тк мы арендовали автомобиль и бассейн без подогрева, в не сезон, это тоже минус, тк океан холодный. Красивая и ухоженная территория, оставляет приятные впечатления! Рядом отличные рестораны, и большой супермаркет. В целом все прекрасно!

Experiência fantástica: Sehr schöne Lage direkt beim Meer. In ca. 25min. Gehzeit beim Hafen von Funchal, außerdem besteht auch die Möglichkeit mit dem Bus nach Funchal zu fahren. Zum Abendessen außerhalb vom Hotel sehr viele, sehr gute Möglichkeiten in der Nähe vom Hotel essen zu gehen. Zimmer im Haupthaus alle mit Meerblick, sehr geräumig, modern und sauber. Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr großer Auswahl, je nach Ansturm öfter längere Wartezeiten vor der Kaffeemaschine. Super Lage der Terrasse beim Frühstücken. Poolbereich sehr sauber, eigener Zugang zum Meer. Generell sehr gepflegte Anlage und freundliches Personal. Quartos: Im Haupthaus geräumiges, moderns und saubers Zimmer mit wunderschönem Meerblick Atividades próximas: Ausreichend Restaurants, Geschäfte, Autovermietungen Acessibilidade a pé: In ca. 25min. zu Fuß beim Hafen von Funchal.

Experiência positiva: Das Hotel ist ruhigund liegt schön. Jedes Zimmer hat Meerblick. Das Frühstück ist lecker. Abendessen ist abwechslungsreich könnte aber mehr Würze vertragen. Quartos: Hatten direkten Blick vom Balkon zu einen Felsen das war cool.

Experiência fantástica: Meine Frau und ich waren im Spätsommer 2023 Gast in diesem Hotel nachdem es zuvor einige Monate wegen Renovierungsarbeiten geschlossen war. Nachdem wir freundlich Empfangen wurden hat uns ein sehr netter Page die Koffer zu unserem Zimmer gebracht. Erfreulicherweise haben wir zudem ein kostenloses Upgrade auf einer der Zimmer im oberen Bereich des Hotels erhalten. Fangen wir zunächst einmal mit dem postiven Aspekten an: - das Zimmer war modern ausgestattet und hatten Klimaanlage + Deckenventilator, es fehle an nichts - saubere Zimmer/Bad und bequeme Betten - grandiose Aussicht auf das Meer - super leckeres Frühstück mit Blick aufs Meer - schöner Pool mit der Möglichkeit, auch direkt ins Meer zu gehen - unfassbar freundliches Personal (!) - ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit wenig Kindern (für uns, Alter 35 und 40, aber Ideal) Natürlich kann man auch etwas kritisieren, auch wenn es keine dramatischen Punkte sind: - Parkplätz des Hotels sind viel zu gering vorhanden und wirken von der Lage wie in einem Hinterhof - für den ein oder anderen ist das Hotel ggf. zu ruhig, da es außer ein wenig Livemusik durch einen Sänger (nicht jeden Tag) kein eigenes Programmangebot gibt - die an für sich schöne Poolbar hatte leider dauernd geschlossen In der Summe kann ich dieses Hotel nur wärmstens Empfehlen, da dies gut gelegen ist und diverse andere Hotspots wie Funchal sehr schnell erreichbar sind. Quartos: Sauber, modern eingerichtet mit Klimaanlage und Deckenventilatoren. Minibar ist vorhanden. Atividades próximas: Diverse Restaurants sind in der Nähe, es gibt eine kleine Promenade, ein Freibad direkt am Meer, Supermarkt... Segurança: Hier muss man keine Angst haben. Acessibilidade a pé: Zu vielen der Restaurants und Geschäften muss man ein wenig bergauf gehen. Nicht viel, aber für Menschen mit Einschränkungen erwähnenswert. Alimentos e bebidas: Frühstück mit frischem Obst, Säften, Müsli und allem was dazu gehört.

Experiência positiva: Large newly refurbished air conditioned rooms, very nice bathroom but wardrobe with no doors spoils the appearance. Rooms used to have small kitchen area but now only kettle and small fridge. Thankfully good buffet breakfast included in price. Pool area not in good condition because of building work which is still ongoing as toilets are not functioning yet. Gym is now on level 3 of the tower. There is not a functioning spa now. No indoor pool, nothing for children. No evening meals in buffet restaurant so dinner has to be taken in the Quinta (or go out). Staff are pleasant and eager to please. This hotel does not, at the moment, reach the standard of other 4 star hotels in the area.

Every morning you will meet the sunrise on the balcony of the coffee restaurant. Experiência fantástica: Je ne suis jamais entièrement satisfait d'habitude. Je dois dire que je l'ai été totalement. La chambre supérieure vue mer avait une vue époustouflante. La chambre a été rénovée avec goût cette année. La literie est bonne. Impossible de streamer un contenu sur la TV. Le balcon mériterait un transat. Le petit-dejeuner était bon et varié, la vue sur les îles Désertes en plus. Le personnel est agréable et charmant.

En tant que voyageurs exigeants, nous adressons à cet hôtel rénové nos félicitations, tant il a satisfait à nos attentes, au travers d'un parcours sans faute ! Du petit déjeuner fabuleux, jusqu'au coucher, en étant bercé par le bruit de la marée, nous avons profité de la piscine, du bar et des infrastructures de cet établissement idéalement placé à Funchal. Ihre Meinung ist für uns von entscheidender Bedeutung, um unsere Arbeit zu verbessern und in Bereichen einzugreifen, die unserer Aufmerksamkeit bedürfen. Wir haben am 28. August nach 8-monatiger Renovierung wiedereröffnet, es gibt jedoch immer Raum für Verbesserungen und wir sind offen für konstruktive Kritik. Wichtig ist hier auch klarzustellen, dass das Resort zwei Bereiche hat: das Hotel und den Vacation Club, wobei sich Ihre Bemerkung auf Letzteren bezieht. In diesem Sinne wurden einige Einheiten auf den Balkonen dieser Apartments platziert, um einer Struktur zu helfen, die zuvor nicht über eine Klimaanlage verfügte. Daher hat dieses Problem keinen direkten Bezug zum Hotel. Was den Poolbereich anbelangt, sind wir gerade dabei, die Details für diesen Bereich zu finalisieren. Wir hoffen, dass er mit der Wiedereröffnung unseres Spas bald bessere Einrichtungen bieten wird, die dann von einer größeren Anzahl verfügbarer Duschen profitieren dürften. Ho avuto un problema di notte con la bambina ed il personale alla reception è stato di grandissimo aiuto! L'unica nota "negativa" è stata la camera. Molto vecchia e trascurata. Soprattutto il bagno. Per un hotel a 4* mi aspetto una camera decisamente migliore. Nel complesso cmq un buon hotel

Experiência fantástica: Es ist einmalig in diesem Hotel in dieser Lage. Durch die Naturgeräusche / ständiges Meeresrauschen wird man von keinem anderen Gast gestört und gehört. Man isst sein Frühstück in absoluter Ruhe über dem Atlantik und es ist reichlich an Auswahl. Wir sind immer 4 Wochen im November hier und haben und hatten keine Probleme -nur Freude. Und da ist noch die tolle Anbindung an alle Aktivitäten. Wir sind rüstige Rentner und können nicht genug bekommen von Bergen und Levadas. Und dann noch der absolute Lieblingsmarkt Pinco doc- -wo es Alles gibt. Einfach SCHÖN.

Abbiamo avuto molta varietà che corrisponde alle nostri gusti per le pranzi e cene. Experiência positiva: Super Standort, sehr freundliches Personal, schöner Garten. ÖUnser Zimmer gehört aber leider zu denen, die schon in die Jahre gekommen sind. Auch die Matratzen haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Ich denke, ich spüre die Federn und sie ist auch sehr weich. Das Essen ist gut, nur am Abend könnte eine größere Auswahl vorhanden sein. Allerdings sind wir gerade erst einen Tag hier, man muss abwarten, um darüber ein endgültiges Urteil abgeben zu können. Am Pool scheinen genügend Liegen vorhanden zu sein, sodass niemand schon im Morgengrauen seine Handtücher darauf verteilen muss. Und der Poolwart ist so nett und stellt uns den Schirm an unsere Liegen. Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen.

Experiência positiva: Depois de já conhecer alguns hotéis Pestana, não posso dizer que este esteja ao nível dos outros. Hotel muito desatualizado, não sofreu qualquer tipo de mudança desde os anos 90. Quarto de tamanho razoável e limpo. Casa de banho razoável. Mas sem ar condicionado?? Sem Wi-Fi? Um hotel que se diz de 5 estrelas? É que nem sequer é a net que é fraca... Fomos logo avisados no check-in que não tínhamos Wi-Fi na ala em que ficámos. Nunca houve amenities na casa de banho. Nada... A única coisa que punham quando iam arrumar o quarto era papel higiénico. Nem sequer um sabonete!! Muito fraco. No site referia ginásio mas nada... É uma pena. Estraga a reputação de uma cadeia de hotéis. Em nenhum dos que já fiquei hospedada vi este atendimento.

Experiência fantástica: Fiquei neste hotel pela 1a vez, pois no ano anterior, por limitação da pandemia fui encaminhado para outro da mesma cadeia. O Hotel está muito bem localizado. Tem um acesso ao mar fantástico e os serviços de apoio são muito bons. Os quartos têm muito espaço e muita luz, para além da vista fantástica. O Pequeno almoço é muitíssimo bom, com muita variedade e um excelente qualidade dos produtos. E para terminar e não menos importante, realço a simpatia e a qualidade de serviço de toda a equipa do hotel. É um Hotel a repetir de novo este ano.

Experiência positiva: L'accueil agréable. Chaque jour la chambre est bien nettoyer. Les femmes sont très gentils ! La studio grande avec une balcon, vue l'océan. Très jolie. Très propre. Tout est la pour être bien dans la chambre! Autour... Très jolie jardin, propre et bien entretenu. Nous sommes restés une semaine. Début de semaine les couloirs étaient très glissant, je dis même très dangereux et surtout pour tout les touristes assez âgé. Les dernières deux jours étaient mieux, mais quand même fait très attention ! La cuisinette est bien équipée. Assez pour pouvoir faire les bonnes repas. La supermarché est juste en face, très pratique aussi. Il y a tout, restaurants, pour louer la voiture, sortir avec les bus locaux et taxis. Beaucoup de bruits par les touristes à côté et au dessus. (chambre 1215). Beaucoup de bruit d'une porte vers les appartements de résidences privé. Très désagréable ! Beaucoup de bruit par un chien en face, chaque fois une personne passe ! Pas de plage ou on peut faire les balades. Il faut louer une voiture pour faire les découvert de Madère. C'est très montagneux. Pour sortir manger ou boire très agréable car les prix sont très,tres raisonnable. J'ai même demandé plusieurs fois s'ils ont pas trompé sur le prix!! Une choses très très embêtant est dans notre 'coin' on reçoit pas facilement de Wifi et pour travailler c'est impossible, depuis la chambre !! Et pourtant à cette époque là je pense que ce n'est pas difficile de mettre le Wifi, n'importe où on est situé. On voyage partout est j'ai jamais eu une mauvaise connexion, non plus en Asie par exemple, dans le jungle!!pour dire !! Le départ est plus tôt que indiqué. Au lieux de 11h, nous sommes demandé de quitter la chambre à 10h.

Experiência fantástica: Pela sua excelente localização, perto do Funchal e longe da confusão do centro da cidade o, “Palms” é um Hotel muito acolhedor. Com a piscina praticamente em cima do oceano, tem o melhor acesso ao mar de todos os hotéis da Madeira, não só por ter vários acessos mas em especial por serem construídos na própria Rocha e perfeitamente integrados na natureza. Todo o staff é muito simpático e profissional, pondo os hóspedes perfeitamente à vontade. O pequeno-almoço é excelente, muito variado e servido numa sala / varanda com uma vista infinita para o mar. Considero este hotel a minha segunda casa, (desde 2013 que reservo uma semana para comemorar o meu aniversário).

Experiência positiva: Ein optimal gelegenes Hotel, wunderbar gestaltet - man hat das Gefühl, dass man vom Balkon direkt ins Meer springen kann. Wir lieben das Meer und hörten es von unserem Zimmer aus ständig meist sanft rauschen. Die gesamte Abwicklung vom Zimmerservice bis zum Frühstück war perfekt in einer wunderbaren Atmosphäre. Sehr zugewandtes, freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Die Zimmer mit Balkon, können nicht von anderen Gästen oder Spaziergängern eingesehen werden. Bei der Vergabe von 5 Sternen gäbe es nichts zu verbessern. Ginge es, hätte ich 4,5 Sterne vergeben. Daher hier meine Empfehlung: Denken Sie beim Frühstück auch an Gäste, die Ihre unglaublich attraktive Vielfalt nicht genießen können, weil sie "Süßes" bevorzugen. Marmelade, Honig und Co. war bis auf die Orangen- und Pfirsichmarmelade so dünnflüssig, dass ich trotz höchster Aufmerksamkeit ständig mit schmierigen Fingern den Tisch verließ. Schön wäre auch, wenn das Brot/die Brötchen etwas frischer wären. Man kann zwar toasten- doch das ist wegen der nötigen Zeit und den ungeduldigen Gästen hinter mir nervig. Die Entschädigung erfolgt jedoch durch den perfekten Kaffee! Durch 2 sehr moderne Automaten wird man zügig bedient und kann die Dosierung sogar individuell steuern. Was will man mehr? Wir aßen manchmal im Restaurant des Hotels in einem Gebäude nahe des Eingangs zum Hotelareal. Abendessen und Candle Light Essen. Tolle Atmosphäre, tolle professionelle Bedienung, wunderbares Essen. Super zubereitet, geschmackvoll dekoriert. Beide Häuser haben ein sehr faires Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Restaurant und Hotel empfehlen wir unseren Freunden gern weiter.

Experiência positiva: Zuerst das Positive: nicht zu großes Hotel direkt am Meer und jedes Zimmer hat Meeresblick. Dazu eine gepflegte Poolumgebung ebenfalls direkt am Meer. Bademäntel liegen im Zimmer. Allerdings war das Wasser Ende März ziemlich kalt und ich glaube kaum dass es beheizt ist. Auch ist es relativ flach. Für Meerliebhaber führen Stufen auch direkt ins Meer. Die Servicemitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und beim Frühstück mit reichhaltigem Buffet kann man draußen das Meeresrauschen genießen oder drin den tollen Blick. Alles ist schon etwas älter aber gut gepflegt. Die Zimmer haben eine Klimaanlage. Was uns allerdings nicht so gefallen hat sind das schlechte WLAN und die schon sehr in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung man fühlt sich 30 Jahre zurückversetzt hat allerdings auch einen gewissen Charme wer es mag. Trotz Abstrichen bei der Ausstattung ist die Lage super und aufgrund der Größe auch nicht zu überlaufen.

Experiência fantástica: Понравилось! Бронировали номер Seaview, жили в круглом корпусе. Хотя, технически, в обычном корпусе тоже есть вид на море. Но он в глубине стоит. Номер просторный, необходимое есть. Если планируете готовить, учитывайте, что сковородок нет, только кастрюльки. Отличные завтраки. По выходным утром даже игристое вино есть. С местными фруктами (отдельная стойка на раздаче) вообще прекрасно. К уборке нет вопросов. В первый день у нас убрали, пока мы были на завтраке. Были к такому не готовы, чаевых не успели оставить. Потом всегда, уходя на завтрак, оставляли евро. Но убирали уже днем, пока мы ездили по острову. Отель добротный, единственно, сантехника устала. Её бы заменить. Гудели трубы время от времени. В остальном отлично. Сидеть на балконе вечером, слушая океан, дыша этим волшебным воздухом, было отдельным удовольствием. Спалось под шум прибоя просто отлично (хотя у меня чуткий сон, немного опасалась). Неплохо оборудована платформа для купания. Пляжные полотенца убраны в комнате в шкафу. Несколько нестандартно :-), не сразу нашли. В спа платные услуги не брали, но в джакузи и сауне посидели. Жаль, рано закрывается,обычно мы позже приезжали. Парковка есть, но она очень небольшая, места не гарантированы. И нужна сноровка, места расположены плотно и под уклоном. Через дорогу супермаркет Pingo Doce. До центра Фуншала пешком минут 25-30. Автобусная остановка прямо наверху. Рядом много кафе и ресторанчиков. Но отели сети Pestana при планировании поездок в дальнейшем определённо в приоритете.

Experiência positiva: WLAN in den Zimmern vergeblich, wobei in nächster Zeit renoviert wird und es dann besser sein soll. Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut und das Weihnachtsdinner wunderbar mit gemütlicher Livemusik. Atividades próximas: Yoga am oder im Pool. Allerdings ist im Dezember im Pool zu kalt 18 Grad. Es viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Eine Tauchschule befindet sich unmittelbar beim Hotel. Ausflüge können hier oder in der Nähe gebucht werden.

Experiência positiva: Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel mit gepflegter Gartenanlage . Wir hatten eine gut ausgestattete Suite mit kleiner Küche im 4. Stock mit toller Aussicht. Leider war die Klimaanlage sehr laut, so dass wir sie in der Nacht ausschalteten mussten. Desweiteren ein seitliches Fenster, welches sich nicht öffnen ließ. Bei Nachfrage an der Rezeption hieß es; "Aus Sicherheitsgründen"???. Frühstück war i.O., allerdings ohne Abwechslung. Personal war sehr freundlich, Reinigung der Zimmer war gut, allerdings wurde benutzte Gläser, Teller und Besteck nicht gereinigt.

Die Zimmer und Appartements sind sehr ok. Nur mein Bett ist halt für einen 2m Mann etwas zu kurz..... Das Essen am Faschingsdienstagabend war ausgesprochen lecker, die Frühstücksbüffets reichhaltig, die Bedienungen sind immer aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Kurzum: Wir buchen hier wieder. Und das gerne.

Experiência fantástica: Хороший отель. Очень ухоженная, приятная территория, приветливый персонал. Ошеломляющий вид на океан с балконов верхних этажей, достойные завтраки, рядом супермаркет, недалеко автобусная остановка. Был номер 808 - большой, с отличным видом, есть все нужное. До центра пешком 30 мин. Отель для спокойного, расслабляющего отдыха. Хочется еще вернуться. Рекомендую этот отель.

Experiência positiva: Traumhafte Lage, wenn man ein Zimmer mit Meerblick direkt am Wasser bewohnt. Näher ran geht auf Madeira wahrscheinlich nicht. Saubere, große Zimmer und nettes Personal. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist zwar etwas älter aber trotzdem schön. Einzig das Badezimmer könnte mal erneuert werden. Frühstück ist in Ordnung, der Kaffee allerdings nichts für jemanden, der Wert darauf legt. Wir würden sofort wieder dort buchen!

Smaczne śniadania, kolacji nie wykupiliśmy w biurze, bo dopłata była bardzo duża i to był strzał w dziesiątkę, ponieważ ceny w restauracjach obok hotelu bardzo niskie. Na minus hotelu zimna woda w basenie. Plus za ilość leżaków pod dostatkiem. Polecam wcześnie wstawać na śniadanie przed wschodem słońca, ponieważ widok zapiera dech w piersiach.

Experiência positiva: Гостиница хороша, выглядит бесподобно. Не помешал бы косметический ремонт, но мы привыкли отдыхать в постсоветском пространстве. Я спокойно отношусь к потертым дверям и подтекающей сантехнике. Но для меня ударом стало, что бассейн закрывается в 6 часов! 6! А в 8 уже всех выгоняют с зоны набережной. То есть если ты на экскурсии, то уже не покупаешься. Плюс там ещё перерыв днём, но в это время все на пляже, некоторые не замечают надписи, купаются. Подозреваю, что с повышенными химикатами, скорее всего они распыляются по расписанию. Уж если ночью закрыто, можно было хотя бы на весь день оставлять нормальный доступ. Если сюда приплюсовать, что свободного выхода к океану почти нигде нет, всё занято отелями, то вечером ноги не помочишь и у берега не посидишь. Но это во всем Фуншале так, по крайней мере где мы видели. Завтрак неплохой, очень много фруктов. Только бесконечный омлет утомил))

Experiência positiva: Хороший отель. Вид на океан с балконов Большой выбор еды на завтрак. Есть местные развлечения. В номере есть кухня, кому интересно. Мини бара нет. Есть бесплатная стоянка. До центра города можно добраться на автобусе. По большому счету, мне нравится тут отдыхать. 4 звезды за текущий мазган и полотенца с пятнами. Но несмотря на эти недостатки, рекомендовать этот отель своим приятелям буду.

Experiência fantástica: Super miejsce, miła obsługa, fale oceanu niemalże wdzierają się przez balkon do pokoju. Hotel dla normalnych ludzi składa się z kilku budynków (cześć zabytkowa oraz bardziej nowoczesna) połączone pięknym ogrodem z bujną roślinnością. Bardzo znany i polecany hotel na Maderze pomimo bogato rozwiniętej bazy hotelowej na całej wyspie . Usytuowany na klifie wulkanicznym wysuniętym w ocean co daje nam piękne widoki na wschód i zachód słońca oraz super panoramę stolicy Madery Funchal. Do centrum miasta jest około 30 minut spacerkiem.
