Experiência fantástica: Around 3 months ago I decided to try Jiu Jitsu. I never expected to find such a good place to do it. Still going and loving it! The team is amazing and the coach is amazing. They make you feel welcome from day one. Note if you don't speak Portuguese: Even when I am the only english speaker in class, professor always takes the time to explain in english, he speaks english well enough for instruction, so do most of the other people in class. Edit after about a year: This gym is very good. The level is suitable to get you to sport competition level from zero, and I have seen it happen many times. The atmosphere is amazing and its thanks to our coach and all the other high level people that makes you wanna keep training. Edit 2: I keep coming back to this review because this place has become important to me. I started here at 25 Y.o, and now a little less than 2 years later I won my first competition. This is the place to be if you want to learn to grapple.

Experiência fantástica: After my first class I was instantly hooked. The coach's passion for the sport is so contagious that I knew I had found the right place to stay. The team environment is probably the closest thing to a family that I have ever seen in any sport that I have been a part of. People genuinely care about helping you improve and get ready for competitions. Highly recommend to anyone regardless if you have never tried the sport or if you are a veteran looking for a new place to call home.

Experiência fantástica: Cool environment. Clean, safe for all genders and ages. The coach is passionate about BJJ, and supportive at all times. It does feel like a family after a short time going. Best decision I ever made.

Experiência fantástica: I dropped in while on vacation, and Coach Henrique and his students were very friendly and made me feel like part of the team right away. The training was excellent, everyone had great, technical jiujitsu. Don’t miss this place if you’re in Lisboa!
