The staff at the desk was as kind and reasonable as possible for me so that I could go to a good gym at an amazingly low price. The environment and space are well distributed, being separated into cardio, bodybuilding and crossfit zones (not to mention the various class studios). It offers a large amount of classes for all tastes and in the most varied schedules. The teachers are excellent and are always ready to answer questions and help as needed. The equipment is new and very well maintained. The changing rooms are clean and hygienic, cleaning more than once a day to ensure this. A very innovative and effective thing is our own gym application where we have access to all our data, class schedule and our training plan so we can do our best to reach our goal.

Experiência fantástica: Good gym. There is all the equipment for excellent training. You can sign up here for a month or even two weeks, which I did. In the mornings there are few people, in the evening there may be no seats. In order to change your lockers in your clothes, and not be afraid for things, you need to bring your castle. Cold water first flows from the shower for about 2 minutes, but you have to wait and it will go warm. Any trainer will always help.
