Experiência fantástica: Trained here during my holidays, staff was very welcoming. The gym has excellent equipment, mostly Panatta plate loaded machines with broad choice for every body part. Dumbells up to 54kg as well. The CrossFit area is a stand-alone part but I was welcomed to do my squats there. Really recommend this gym to anybody who wants a serious workout!
