Experiência fantástica: The best gym in Portimão. I checked out a few gyms for my vacation and this is by far the best! It is very well equipped with different equipment and also courses. So there is something for everyone. All trainers were always super nice and helpful! Overall, I felt comfortable in the gym from the very first moment and accepted into the community! The trainers Marco and Marcelo in particular gave me very helpful tips for my training! I hope I can train there again soon.

Felt like being at my gym at home, loads of machines and equipment to use and all of the staff were really friendly and always on hand for help & advice. Will be back next year!

Friendly staff, present, always have instructors in the room to help with the use of equipment as well as postural correction. Concern for athletes, monitoring their goals, regular monitoring of physical activity as well as nutrition.

Experiência fantástica: The Training Space and Experience far exceeded my expectations. Renovated, airy and very hygienic gym. Wide variety of weight training equipment and functional / rehabilitation work. State-of-the-art software to support the partner. All kinds of group classes. There is energy to do them !!! Team of great technical competence, dynamic and very attentive. I don't give 6 stars because there isn't. I only regret living 300 kilometers and being able to train only in the summer. Will I be back? No doubt!

The atmosphere is unreal and the classes are all what they promise. Trainers and equipment top! Members range from teenagers to senior citizens and everyone is welcome.
