Experiência fantástica: One of the best massages I have ever had. I felt absolutely amazing afterwards!! Rosana was able to relieve a lot of my back and shoulder pain, and I could feel I was able to move much more freely. She knows exactly what to do and how much pressure to use and asks for your feedback along the way. Cannot recommend highly enough, especially after surfing!

Experiência fantástica: Booked a 90min massage with Rosana after 3 days of surf. Rosana knew exactly which areas to target, she has loads of experience and made me feel very welcome. More importantly, it was exactly what I needed to carry on with surf lessons for the rest of the week. She focused on my arms and legs which were sore from the surf. A mix between relaxing and deep tissue executed in the best way! There were a few options to go to but i’m very happy to have gone with Rosana.

Rosana knew exactly where my problem areas were and helped relieve me of some of my pain. My boyfriend had some injuries from surfing and with the myofascial therapy and stretches Rosana showed him, he was able to enjoy our vacation and surfing. Experiência fantástica: I had some persistent pain around my hip and glutes, and the treatment helped me a lot. Rosana found some tight painful spots and really worked through them. She also gave me a helpful advice on what I can do at home for prevention. I‘ve been feeling much better since then!

Experiência fantástica: Rosana is an especially good masseuse. Her technique is also more akin to sports massage therapy as she understands the body, muscles, joints and tendons. Without me telling her where I had issues, she located the problems and focused her attention on alleviating my pain and even gave me exercises to practice between massages to strengthen weak muscles that were causing me my pain. I highly recommend getting a massage from her if you can!

Experiência negativa: I regret to say that I cannot recommend this particular service provider. While Rosana is undoubtedly knowledgeable about the human body and her work is of good quality, I had some unfortunate experiences with her lack of customer service orientation. I had booked a package of 5 sessions, but I encountered difficulties when trying to schedule appointments with her. It seemed that she prioritized long-term clients over new ones like me, and as a result, I faced three cancellations, with two of them occurring only three hours before the scheduled session. Additionally, she frequently asked me to reschedule my appointments, which was quite inconvenient. Ultimately, we were only able to complete three out of the 5 sessions, and when I requested a refund for the remaining two sessions or an exchange for another service, she declined my request. Her argument that I was not losing money because individual lessons would have been more expensive is not entirely relevant, as I had specifically booked a package of 5 sessions. To add to my disappointment, she has now become unresponsive to my messages, including my recent inquiry about obtaining a receipt. Considering these experiences, I feel it's best to caution others who might be considering her services. It is essential to find a service provider who not only possesses expertise but also demonstrates a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and clear communication.
