Experiência fantástica: Hidden gem. I have been coming to the studio for over 2 months twice a week and I can not rave enough about it. They have private 1:1 and small group workouts. Both are great and highly recommended. Even the group workouts are phenomenal and you feel individualized. All the instructors are fantastic and really guide your workouts to your needs. The studio is also super clean and equipment is up to date. 10/10 would highly recommend

Bruno gives his full attention and experience to guide you through a customized fitness program that focuses on results within each persons ability taking into consideration previous injuries and current difficulties. In 6 months I have seen many good transformations in my body, with Increased strength, tone and flexibility. I highly recommend Studio 86 and the team!

Bruno guides you through all movements safely and with great commitment. I have been training a lot over the years but never got such a well-trained body in such a short time.
