Experiência fantástica: I’ve been looking for a place to settle in doing yoga for quite sometime and couldn’t. I’ve been to India so I felt like my connection with yoga wasn’t really full filled. When I started doing classes in M’ami with Ricky it only changed. I recommend deeply and I thinks is very easy to enjoy a class with Ricky, particularly if want a connection with your spiritual, emocional and physical health through yoga.

Experiência fantástica: Truly one the best yoga studio I have ever tried. The yoga courses are great, meditation classes as well. I made so many improvements in the last month. I didn’t only go there to practice yoga, also to meet people, have a chat and feel like I belong to a community. Because this is really what the girls from Mami succeed to create, a place where you feel at home. The only reason why I will not be going anymore is because I’m leaving Lisboa. Keep the good work and the good vibe Mami team, it was a real pleasure to meet you all ❤️

Experiência fantástica: What a wonderful experience. I serendipitously was looking for a yoga class to attend, and was wonderfully greated by Helena. Initially, I was hesitant with the female inclination of the studio, but was graciously welcomed. Fortunately, I speak portuguese and was able to capture the intricacies of what Helena was sharing during the practice. That being said, English speakers didn't have an issue; as the most vital information was still communicated throughout the practice and didn't diminish it in any way.

Experiência fantástica: We had an excellent Yoga session with Ricky. Nice little studio. I liked that he opened and closed the class with music. We ll come back for sure :)

Experiência fantástica: Lovely decorated space with a variety of classes (not only yoga). I'm a regular since a year and enjoy Cristina's and Ricky's classes especially. Namastè.

Experiência fantástica: This is such a beautiful, cosy and warm place. I met Erica just for a moment, she rented her space for our short workshop. Erica was a wonder who prepared the room for us. I highly recommend meeting her and growing together in this studio.

Experiência fantástica: O estúdio é muito bom! Tem muita luz e transmite uma energia linda. Fica numa área tranquila, é perfeito para praticar yoga. O professor Richi é muito bom e atencioso aos detalhes. Ensina a prática tradicional, é muito autêntico! Cinco estrelas!!

Experiência negativa: К сожалению, место мне не понравилось. Нас было всего три человека, но тренер не представился. Также он не спросил, есть ли у кого-то проблемы со здоровьем. Практически без разогрева были сарвангасана и халасана. Хотя эти асаны требуют хорошей подготовки и техники. Тренер не смотрел за качеством выполнения и техникой. Я решил уйти.
