Experiência positiva: Had a wonderful yoga class here Monday morning, the teacher was so great at explaining the poses which was so helpful. I would recommend maybe some music at the start or the end as the background noise can be quite loud. But apart from that it was great, thank you.

Experiência fantástica: During my stay in Lagos, I had the pleasure of visiting the InLight Yoga studio located in the city center. Initially, I was simply looking to try out a yoga class while on vacation, as I had already attended a few classes back home in the Netherlands and wanted to keep up with my practice. I opted for a stretch class with Isabel, and I was so amazed by my experience! Isabel proved to be an incredibly delightful instructor. The class size was small, allowing her to give individual attention and assist with poses. Her positive energy was infectious, and she exuded yoga from every fiber of her being. Moreover, her sense of humor added an extra element of enjoyment to the sessions. After that first class, I was so pleasantly surprised that I decided to return the following day for a more intense session with Isabel. Although I didn't have much experience with yoga, I felt compelled to come back because of her. Once again, I left the class feeling grateful for the opportunity to learn from her. I greatly appreciated how she acknowledged and addressed my personal limitations, such as tight hamstrings, and provided guidance on how to navigate the various poses. Thank you so much, Isabel!! She definitely feels what you need, didn’t mentioned my shoulder pain and she solved that to. Thank you Julia, you’re the best!!

The therapist Julia was very professional and in this short time delivered an excellent massage that was both relaxing and therapeutic. A lot of relief for a good price, would definitely recommend!

Then I tried the live stream classes when the studio closed because of the virus. First I thought its strange, now I prefer them then going back to the studio. It is bright, airy and relaxing and staffed by very nice and helpful people I attended three yoga classes which were very enjoyable and encouraging. I also had three massage treatments which were amazing.
