Experiência fantástica: Karen has created wonderful yoga community from her beautiful countryside studio in Espiche. This is absolutely my favourite yoga studio; everyone is welcomed, there is a class for everyone and the hospitality and guidance are second to none. Karen does the most amazing Yoga Nidra and her classes shouldn't be missed, whether on a Tuesday or a Friday evening. Missing my Espiche yoga fix at moment and cant wait to be back :)

Experiência fantástica: I absolutely love my yoga practices at Espiche Yoga. All of the instructors I have tried have been wonderful and the studio in my opinion is magical. Set in the middle of nature where you can hear birds singing, roosters crowing, tinkling bells from goats grazing makes it a special experience plus when the breeze gently flows through room ....... it's wonderful. Ideally I'd like to keep Espiche yoga a secret but that would be selfish and not very yoga like. :-)

The proprietor, a brilliant lady by the name of Karen, oversees a team of yogis who offer an array of yoga styles and yoga-adjacent activities such as chanting. One would be remiss not to mention the breathtaking views of the valley, which are particularly resplendent under the blue and sunny skies of Portugal. Espiche Yoga is truly the best-kept secret of the Algarve yoga scene, located down a small track at the back of the village. Those with even a fleeting interest in yoga or those who simply seek to meet amiable individuals and become part of the local community ought to make it a point to visit. In sum, Espiche Yoga is an exquisite haven for the mind, body, and soul. I implore you to make the acquaintance of this enchanting studio, for it is truly a place of serenity and delight.

Experiência positiva: Kundalini yoga has always been such a great and powerful experience for me and Agnieszka is clearly very experienced as well as down to earth, simple and graceful in her approach. I felt right at home and am finding the joy that kundalini yoga can bring in her classes.

Experiência fantástica: Great place to practise yoga in Lagos! A wonderful group of very welcoming teachers, even my twelve-year-old son, joined the practice and thoroughly loved the classes!! Keep up the great work guys!!

Experiência fantástica: Absolutely love Espiche Yoga. The teachers and classes are so varied and accommodating. I especially love Karen’s Friday relaxing flow and Gail’s Pilates on a Tuesday. Highly recommend.

Experiência fantástica: Beautiful studio in a wonderful location. The evening classes are especially lovely as you can do pilates stretches in the setting sun or a yoga shivasna while listening to the sounds of bird song and goat bells as the shepherd brings in their herd.

Adoro a decoração e as professoras são super queridas e excelentes profissionais..
