OCEAN YOGA

Experiência fantástica: I had a really lovely yoga Session with Kée. Even got a one by one lesson as it wasn't so busy that day (off season in May). The spot and the view is just epic. Also Kée takes good care and does a lovely thoughtful lesson and corrects where she needs to. Lovely start into the day. Would recommend everyone who's in the area to take a lesson with her.

Experiência fantástica: Durant une semaine de kitesurf à viana j ai profité de faire une séance de yoga avec Kee. Puis j y suis retournée tous les matins. Quelle joie de commencer ces journées sur la plage avec Kee. Ma fille de 10 ans m a aussi accompagné quelques fois. Un accueil chaleureux, un endroit magique et une enseignante douce et dynamique à la fois. Pour bien démarrer sa journée, je recommande vivement.

Experiência fantástica: Great class in a beautiful surrounding! Having yoga in front of the waves was a unique experience; would recommend it to anyone who is around; also: it’s a great start of the day before surf/kite/windsurf sessions‍♀️

Experiência fantástica: I really enjoyed the class with kée. It was magical to me to have a class right next to the ocean. the class was well structured and contained a lot of twists that I really enjoyed. As described on her page the class was rather slow with longer holds. she used the time in these holds to give accurate adjustnents to each participant. thank you so much!

Experiência fantástica: Stell dir vor, du bist an einem wunderschönen Strand. Es ist morgens und noch sehr leer und du blickst aufs Meer. Jetzt eine tolle und gut abgeleitete Yogastunde. Besser geht’s nicht!

Experiência fantástica: Yoga sur la plage le matin. Un moment unique sur une plage magnifique avec une prof de qualité ! Exercices adaptés aux débutants comme moi tout comme aux avancés. Je recommande grandement !
