Experiência fantástica: A truly warm and welcoming space. Wonderful yoga, pilates, SOMA MOVE, Barre, BJJ, kickboxing, Tai Chi, QiGong, Dance, and more. I have been practicing for a while and the instructors here are all top notch. They incorporate so much more than most into their practices. Whether you are experienced or just a first timer, you will feel very welcome here!

Anyone visiting Cascais or Lisbon should come down to this place, it is a full wellbeing studio with Yoga and BJJ classes, we went down to train BJJ, Jochem, the owner and coach was a gentleman and very welcoming, I will 100% come back and train! Experiência fantástica: I had the good fortune of dropping in on a BJJ class at MUJO during a recent trip to Cascais and only have amazing things to say about it! The space was incredible - design, facilities, attention to detail, great energy. The coaching was excellent too! I learned some great No Gi and self-defense techniques and had a really fun time. Coach even stayed late to work on some things with me and do a little bit of rolling :) I was just dropping in to get in a workout during my vacation and coming to MUJO ended up being one of the highlights of my whole trip!

Experiência fantástica: Fully recommend bjj for kids there!! Great to teach children awareness and respect for their own body. I had some concerns, now I think it was the best decision ever. Good coach is a great figure for young people, an honest 10/10 for that place.
