Experiência fantástica: Excellent methodology, very competent teachers and a very pleasant environment. I have always been a practitioner of sports, but due to dissatisfaction with gyms, I was sedentary, when entering NO PAIN BOX, it made me feel motivated again and feel that the time for training is also my leisure time. I love and recommend it to everyone who is tired of the sameness of gyms. Another quality of this box is the concern to guide students in order to avoid injuries caused by poor exercise practice. Today I hope to get back in shape, something I had already given up, even though I went to a well-known gym with excellent facilities, I love and recommend this BOX.
