Experiência fantástica: Top sportschool. Goed geprijsd, alle zaken die je nodig hebt zijn aanwezig.

Experiência positiva: Cheap day pass (15€), very small but you can get a good stimulus in, if you have some free weight knowledge But apparently the male pts have a small ego because grandpa doesnt need a shirt but if you walk out shirtless and are bigger than the pts, you need to put on a shirt

Experiência fantástica: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ Das Fitnessstudio ist an sich gut. Die Geräte sind zwar älter (in Deutschland wären sie etwa 15–20 Jahre alt), aber wer nicht ständig meckern will, kann hier problemlos trainieren. Für extreme Gewichtheber ist es weniger geeignet, aber für eine gesunde Fitness ein top Studio – trotz der älteren Ausstattung. Das Personal ist sehr nett, die Hygiene ist in Ordnung. Eine Wochenkarte kostet 30 €, was völlig angemessen ist.

Experiência positiva: Friendly local gym that is oriented towards Funchal residents rather than tourists, providing personal trainers and group classes. However as a hotel tourist I felt welcomed, as long as you bring your hotel card, a towel and a pair of trainers - which is proper gym etiquette anyways. Good set of dumbbells up to 50kg, olympic weights, squat rack, crossfit area and multiple Matrix machines for muscle isolation and cardio. Note that it seems the gym is only accessible to hotel tourists between 10am and 8pm on weekdays, and cannot be accessed on weekends.

Experiência negativa: I'm upset about the gym situation during my stay at hotel as they worked together. At first, I didn't think much of the gym hours the receptionist mentioned as their different for the guest from the hotel somehow, but it became annoying when I returned the next day. The receptionist then said I needed a towel which is understandable, but the receptionist could have made me aware as it wasn't mentioned before. The rules displayed weren't in English which made me unable to understand the rules as I were clearly a tourist, making things confusing. What's more, many guests already inside didn't have towels, and I saw new people entering without them as well and passing the reception without any problems. It seems like the receptionist might have been overly strict, mentioning new rules just to keep me out. Please make sure the rules are clear and the same for everyone.

Experiência negativa: I decided to end my membership early. The receptionist on todays date at 16.00 let the rest of the gym team down. She thought it was appropriate to sit at the Cafe and have me show her my pass at the cafe area as opposed to her walk to the reception desk and check me in (not to mention that they way she acknowledged my presence was by sticking her nose up- can’t make this up). To make it worse she was on her phone the whilst other guests were leaving with no acknowledgment. Remember, a smile and good service is free and marketing costs you money.

Experiência positiva: Im Urlaub war ich noch nie in einem Fitnesstudio, welches so gut ausgestattet war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und insgesamt war das Studio sauber. 12€ kostet eine Tageskarte, was meiner Meinung nach ein Schnuff zu teuer ist, daher nur 4 Sterne.

Experiência fantástica: Could have some more machines but I understood this is not their main focus, it's not a bodybuilding gym. Good place for those who want to work out a bit during the vacation.

Experiência fantástica: It is like family ...I have been in many gyms so far...I have never felt myself that friendly treated like here. After a serious accident with many injuries I need to recover. Here I found a very professional and sympathetic team that helps me to recover. They take care of my goals and individual handicaps. Beside of the great equipment it is the members of the gym that are really great and nice people. From every age they are extremely polite and friendly. Either you need help with a sporting device or just have a little talk between two sets. I am very thankful that I found this gym with Marco and his team that helped me a lot to recover from my bad injuries. Obrigado!

Experiência positiva: Freundliche Leute,unkopliziert. Gewichte reichen aus. Und für Cardio,ist auch jede Menge da. Kurzum,fürs Urlaubstraining völlig ausreichend.

Experiência positiva: The gym is not extremely well equipped and 10 euros for a single-day pass do not correspond to that.

Experiência fantástica: O Monumental Fitness Club é um ginásio familiar onde todas as pessoas se conhecem e se falam. Para além de aulas da parte da manhã e em especial ao fim do dia, o Ginásio disponibiliza treino individualizado com personal trainers para pessoas de todas as idades e de acordo com as necessidades de cada um. ️ Estacionamento gratuito para sócios do ginásio e ♿ local acessível a cadeiras de rodas.

Experiência positiva: Muito bom gym. Boa variedade de material, bom espaço. Quanto á identidade da marca, "ginásio familiar"....falha um pouco o alvo.
