Experiência fantástica: An incredible Self Care Retreat in Madeira During my personal solo time, on my journey to relax and with the purpose to find back to m inner self, I booked a self-care retreat at Madeira Inner Alchemy. It was absolutely the right decision. It gave me so much. Althea’s massages are exceptionally good, really special. She feels and understands the needs of her clients. Furthermore I booked yoga private sessions. For me she’s one of the best teachers I ever had. I made big progress with my own yoga practices. Finally, what I still cannot believe until today is the fact that with her energy healing she helped me to relieve the pain in my shoulder. So far all traditional and conventional treatments failed. Experiência fantástica: I’ve been strolling through Funchal in search for a relaxation massage as I was struggling with some back tensions, when I found the Universe of inner alchemy studio placed in the very heart of the old town. After a short talk with Althea I was recommended a Yumeiho massage with Feri instead. Totally new to this I accepted the challenge. After some intense stretching and cracking combined with careful moves I felt a deep relaxation in my body and fully regenerated. When I left from there I felt like a new person. I would warmly recommend this unique experience to anyone in need of healing and releasing tensions in the body!

Experiência fantástica: At first i was a bit dubious, I had requested a deep tissue massage as my back and hips were so tight so I was expecting a lot of deep massaging. In the end, I had been given the yumeiho massage which involved a lot of amazing back cracking and deep stretches and focused deep massages in certain areas to improve circulation in these areas. When I left I wondered if it was the right decision to get this massage, but by evening my back, my hips and groin(which have been painfully tight and tense for the past year) and my calves felt amazing! I feel like a new woman, it likes a gift from God to not feel like a poorly oiled machine walking around. Thank you for the relief

I did the Yumeiho massage with Feri and I told him about my knees. He was professional and skilled. After the massage session, my painful knees were magically healed. The pain was no more. Experiência fantástica: I had few emotional code sessions with Althea weeks after I was diagnosed with pre-cancer stage. I didn’t know anything about emotional code and also the fact that it could be done at distance was making be question how beneficial could actually be. However, I believe that facing this type of disease makes us more open and willing to experiment alternative ways of healing and getting in contact with our body and our deepest self. Therefore, I consulted Althea and went through a beautiful healing journey, together with her, using emotional code as a tool. After each session, I would get much more aware and in contact with my emotions and my physical body. Aspects that before I was surprising and rejecting, were coming up with these sessions and I could feel the effects of becoming aware, acknowledging these aspects and letting go. Something that made me notice the effects the most was observing what happened in my life and within myself during these period in which I was making these sessions. I could observe how I managed to finally overcome some old patterns, unhealthy thoughts and feelings I was still holding on to for such a long time. This allowed me to feel much more free, happy, whole, and fulfilled than before. Of course, it’s still a process but I feel these sessions were crucial and I am deeply grateful to Althea for her help. I totally recommend you to try not only these sessions but also her activities related with yoga and spirituality.

Experiência fantástica: I met Althea (owner of the place) during my Maderiran holiday. She is the best healer I have ever met. My period is always very painfull, but she has cured me remotely when I called her during a heavy pain. After 30 minutes all of my pain gone, and from that point I am not using pain killer. She also helped me sleeping better. She has a yoga class every week, and that is just so relaxing. I recomend this place even if you have a health issue, or just want a massage. She also helps couples to have better intimacy.

He recommended to try out a yumeiho massage - I've never heard about it, but I wanted to give it a try - and it was the best choice i could have ever made! We talked a little bit before, where Althea explained in detail what would happen, with what I would feel more comfortable or less comfortable (that should be avoided). The whole body is touched and massaged without taboos, nor barriers (except the ones that where set in the initial conversation), and everything is space of exploration. And for two hours I had the opportunity to take a trip on my extensive and fantastic surface, relearning to feel, to let myself go, to focus on the present moment and to be in my body of spirit and soul, without a single thought racking my mind - Neither work, nor children, nor relations, nor problems, nor anything. There, we are just a body that feels. Althea is the perfect maestro of this symphony, realizing and almost anticipating what the body asks of us, without ever exchanging a word, sometimes more intensity, sometimes less, where the hand should go now, and where ir shoul go latter, it seemed to me she read subliminally my requests and my commands. Time flew, I assure you, two hours passed in the blink of an eye and for me, they could last the whole afternoon. After we finished we sat down and talked a little about what had happened, the sensations that had awakened and also about what we wanted to talk about, because sometimes the body has memories that the mind does not remember and sometimes the soul needs to do some research on it I sincerely recomend a visit.
