Experiência fantástica: Sou cliente há 6 anos, depois de já ter frequentado outros ginásios. Excelente ginásio, com uma excelente variedade de Máquinas e uma equipa de Pt's que ajuda sempre que necessário. Bom ambiente e estacionamento gratuito.

Experiência positiva: We visited several gyms before making our decision, and out of all of them, Gold Gym stood out as the nicest facility with the best equipment. The machines are top quality, and Bruno, the trainer, was absolutely fantastic — friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, what made us choose another gym was the additional €500 access card fee (€250 per person, with another charge if the card is lost). While the monthly price was reasonable, that upfront cost felt too high compared to other gyms. We ultimately selected Galo, which includes pool and sauna access at a slightly higher monthly rate but without such a large initial fee. It’s really too bad, because in terms of equipment and staff, Gold Gym was easily the best we saw. If the card fee structure were different, this would have been our top choice.

Experiência positiva: Vrij ruim assortiment aan apparaten en gewichten, maar er zijn ook veel mensen die hier gebruik van maken. Het is warm want er is er geen airco en je hebt geen mobiel bereik aangezien de sportschool in een kelder zit. Er liepen trainers rond die je konden helpen. €15 voor een dagpas vind ik wel wat veel voor een erg middelmatige sportschool.

Experiência negativa: This is not a gym for serious lifters. The ceiling is very low, so if you want to use the only rack they have to do any over head movement and you are a medium-tall person - you can not do it. Also a PT on duty is a very annoying - he told us "go loghter on this machine, then you can do it more quietly", "do not put that much weight on the machine", "unload press one plate at the time from each site - otherwise it will flip".... I would recommend it only for a recreational lifters.

Experiência negativa: Since I entered, all I wanted was to get gone. €15 is how much I paid for the entry fee to this tiny gym. 1/3 of the price would be adequate, 1/2 of the price would be acceptable. Equipment is outdated, rusty and dusty. No windows, except the cardio part. Since you come you are asked to use towel, for which you have to pay additional €2 if you don't have your own. The place has 4* by it's logo, I would feel shame to put there 1*. And the pool pictures.. don't let this fool you, the pool isn't part of the deal. To the positive side, the machines vary and you should be able to get done most exercises you will need.

Experiência positiva: Vernünftiges Studio. Wohl mit Abstand das Beste auf Madeira. Teilweise nur semiprofessionelles Equipment, jedoch mit 6,50€ Tagespreis mit 10-er Karte unschlagbar. Definitiv zu empfehlen!

Experiência fantástica: Coming from Germany, was surprised how well this gym is packed with equipment. Found machines for all muscle groups, and although the space is a little tight, I was able to have amazing workouts here. Music is also great, showers are available, overall a good decent find for my bodybuilding purposes.

Experiência negativa: Gerätemäßig ist grundsätzlich alles da was man benötigt, teilweise etwas veraltete Geräte. Habe eine Woche trainiert, ausnahmslos jeder Mitarbeiter vor allem im trainingsbereich ist unfreundlich gegenüber mir aufgetreten und hat mir die Regeln erklärt. Regeln sind wichtig, aber man kann es auch freundlich tun. Preis/Leistung eher negativ

Experiência positiva: Tijdens mijn vakantie heb ik hier een strippenkaart voor 5 keer sporten gekocht voor 40 euro. Een redelijke prijs voor (als je op de recensies af gaat) een prima gym. De gym heeft een aardige uitrusting en is netjes en schoon. De uitrusting is echter niet genoeg voor de hoeveelheid bezoekers die er komt. Bij de meeste van m’n trainingen heb ik oefeningen moeten overslaan omdat de apparaten continu bezet waren. Daarnaast is het aardig benauwd binnen en is het personeel niet bepaald vriendelijk (ze lopen vooral controlerend rond of je je wel aan de regeltjes houdt die enkel in het Portugees staan aangegeven) Al met al is het een aardige gym en waar voor je geld, maar is er zeker verbetering mogelijk.
