Experiência fantástica: I can't think of a better word to describe this gym as unicorn. Enter that restricted group of mythological beings whose existence is proven only by empirical experience. Because? In a single pavilion, there is a crosstraining box, a weight training area, a functional training area, a climbing wall, a classroom for spinning, a group classroom, a massage space, reception, consultation rooms... And all this for a very affordable price! And not to mention the spectacular spas! With an appealing design and about 90 spacious lockers that allow a person to maintain social distance. I've been to many crossfit/training boxes and none had a spa as good as Playlife Lousada. The equipment appears to be all like new with the bonus of members regularly disinfecting the equipment and having a towel from the gym. I tried a crosstraining class with the desired result - blows on the floor, the PT had a good technical base and conducted the class in a concise way, with the right to warm up, Cleans technique and then stretches at the end. The friendliness of the staff was constant throughout the week. So, if you visit Lousada next time, I recommend 100% this gym, which seems like a myth, but which is a challenge to prove it.
