Experiência fantástica: We visited the gym and it was amazing! Pedro, the coach, is a great teacher: he follows the ecological approach and the lesson was a blast! Positional games and challenges with clear goals, good for beginners and more experienced practicioners alike. The vibes are splendid, everyone is respectful and friendly (very good also for girls). The mat space is not huge but was plenty as the class was not packed (around 10-15 people). The changing rooms were clean and had warm showers. Great spot if you are travelling around Algarve!

Experiência fantástica: I attended the lunchtime class while on holiday and really enjoyed my time there. José and the team were very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend going to this place if you have the opportunity!

Experiência fantástica: Over from Northern Ireland on holiday myself and a friend attended no go fundamentals level of coaching was 10/10 each position was explained in detail and then put into positional sparring. If you are coming on holiday or live local could not recommend this club enough!
