Experiência fantástica: Dropped in on vacation and this gym is great! The coach was helpful, knowledgeable and very nice. They take the time to ask about you even as a drop-in and make sure they modify movements for you if needed. I would highly recommend ☺️

Experiência fantástica: All CrossFit trainings were great and led by professional trainers. We did several trainings during our holidays. Trainers explained all exercises in English. Easy communication. It is great for the ones with experience in CrossFit, but for starters as well. We highly enjoyed all trainings and will get back for sure, absolutely recommended!
